Continuity mistake: When Leland Palmer suffers another mental breakdown during the party, Benjamin Horne tells Catherine Martell to dance with him, emphasising this by pointing his finger. The shot then cuts to Leland Palmer, and in the background, you can see Horne telling Martell again to dance with him. (00:39:57)

Continuity mistake: During the barroom brawl, Bobby and Mike start fighting and Donna escapes out the back exit with one of the bikers. They leave on his motorcycle to meet James. Dale and Sheriff Harry are trailing them. Then a cut back to the barroom and Bobby and Mike are still fighting the bikers. However, if you look in the top right of the shot, you can see Donna and the biker still behind the bar, trying to leave. (01:19:13 - 01:19:50)

Continuity mistake: When Lucy is badly explaining to Sheriff Harry Truman which phone she transferred the call to, in the window reflection, you can see the Sheriff moving around the office to find the phone. But in the close-up cutaways of Harry, he is standing in one place. (00:05:07)

Continuity mistake: When Pete Martell finds Laura Palmer's body, there is a piece of wood on the ground near Laura's head as he approaches her. It disappears between shots. (00:04:20)

Continuity mistake: At the film premiere, when Charlotte is speaking with her two colleagues in the lobby, the cigarette in her mouth appears and disappears between shots. (00:42:42)

Continuity mistake: When Sarah is injured and riding up in the dumbwaiter with Charlie's dead body the position of Charlie's head changes significantly between shots. (00:59:57)

Continuity mistake: Just before Michael stabs Laurie you can already see the injury make-up applied to her arm as she swings the axe at him. (01:10:39)

Continuity mistake: Near the beginning, after the monster drops from underneath the bridge into the water, a crowd of onlookers approach the waters edge. As gang-du joins them he drops a can off his plate and picks it back up and places it back on the plate. The shot then changes to a close-up and the cans have rearranged themselves. (00:12:48)

Continuity mistake: In many interior places in the mansion heavy wind, rain or thunder/lightning can he heard on a continuous loop however when the player ventures to exterior locations in the mansion there is dead silence (to a point were only crickets can often be heard). This only applies to the 2002 RE remake to my knowledge.

Continuity mistake: When Andy makes his mother breakfast in bed he brings in a glass of orange juice but over the course of the scene of him and his mother talking it changes to a much lighter colour. It could have been switched with a glass of milk or cloudy lemonade but it's probably just the same orange juice that's been watered down over multiple takes.

Continuity mistake: Serone catches a fish using a spear and then chops it up with a knife and a mallet. He then talks to the crew about their documentary and walks back to the chopping board where he proceeds to chop the same fish again, which is now whole. (00:12:32 - 00:13:21)

Teamwork - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: When Kimberley and Trini are fighting the Putties and see the giant Minotaur pass by there is, what looks like, a small child between them. This child is not seen before or after this one shot. (00:11:09)

Continuity mistake: When MacReady tests Naul's blood sample, in the close-up shot, the items on the cardboard box change by comparison to the wider shot before. The revolver moves and the bloody scalpel appears from nowhere. (01:25:21)

Continuity mistake: During the Ornstein and Smough boss fight if you kill Smough first you see a cutscene of him falling dead onto his back, Ornstein then places his hand on Smough and absorbs his power. When this happens you can see that Smough has been flipped over onto his front and Ornstein is actually resting his hand on his back - note Smough's armour.

Continuity mistake: When Skippy is attacking Jason the blood on Jason's face moves around quite a bit. (00:23:24)

Continuity mistake: When Joan walks onto the landing holding a pet bed she tells her father she's putting the bed in the guest room and you can see her hair is tied in a ponytail. However, when she then enters the room, her hair is now untied and down her shoulders. (00:21:11)

Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the film we see a pizza boy attacked by the flying monkeys and in the struggle the front wheel of his bicycle is bent out of shape. However, later on when James and the Sheriff find the bike, the front wheel is now perfectly straight.

Continuity mistake: When Sheriff Flemings and James drive to the sugar mill the emergency lights on Flemings squad car change back and forth from blue/white to red/white between shots. (01:09:42)

Continuity mistake: In "China", when the trackers and the hunters are walking through the forest at night, between shots, the group goes from five people to four people back to five people. (00:30:46)

Continuity mistake: When the Tender Trio are fleeing from the gas truck robbery you can see a woman wearing a sleeveless yellow dress carrying a gas tank away, then a couple of shots later the same woman is fleeing empty-handed and then we see her suddenly ahead of the trio carrying a gas tank again. (00:07:08)
