In the shot where he says this, look directly behind Blade (near the ground, next to the drawers), and you can see a piece of equipment (it looks like extra lighting, but it's hard to tell) being moved out of shot by an out-of-sight crew member. Visible crew/equipment: When Gereon walks out into the hospital corridor (just before he discovers the tied up guards), he looks straight into the camera. The shot then changes to another angle of Gereon (from behind a railing), however, you can see the camera that was taking the previous shot from here still in frame. (00:34:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When the police officer asks Steve and Rachel "where are your books?" a car approaches and the film cuts to a shot of the officer standing outside Steve's car. Look at the top centre of the screen, just above the roof of the car, and you can see part of the fluffy head of a boom microphone. It's quite quick, but very noticeable. (01:02:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When Detectives Velcoro and Bezzerides enter the victims home crime scene you can briefly see a clear reflection of the camera in the glass set of drawers next to the front door. (00:15:11)

Visible crew/equipment: When the school buses depart from the school for Yosemite you can see the reflection of the crew's various tents and facilities in the buses side windows as they drive past the camera. (00:42:43)

Visible crew/equipment: After discovering John and Charlie in town Laurie drives them back to the school. The front gates are closed so Laurie honks her horn for the security guard's attention. John then get's out the car and as he does so you can see some equipment reflected in his car door just off-screen. There's some kind of large blue object and orange traffic cones definitely visible. None of it is there in wide shots. (00:33:46)
