Continuity mistake: When Cho and his friend confront the thugs at the park, when they talk at the start they are in the open air with nothing overhead but when the fight breaks out they are suddenly underneath the adventure playground without having actually moved. (00:49:45)

Continuity mistake: When Cho finds his mother dead she is sat on a wheeled platform of some kind. I'm not sure of its purpose and it wasn't present when she was killed. (00:43:35 - 00:45:06)

Jack Vaughan

Visible crew/equipment: When Cho is fighting the thieves in the street one of them tries to smash a barrel over his head but Cho knocks him out and the man drops the barrel as he collapses. If you watch as the barrel drops you can see the shadow of the camera cast on it. It's too narrow to be anything else in the scene. (00:39:02)

Continuity mistake: When Braden gets out of his car in front of Caifano's building there is a close up shot of three doormen, the two on the left are stood very close together and one on the right is further away. Then cut to another angle and all three doormen are spaced differently. (00:19:47)

Howl (2015)

Revealing mistake: When O-Yuki is having a flashback to the duel she had with her trainer, at one point he "magically" sets his sword on fire. However, if you watch the scene carefully you can see a cord that runs from the sword into his robes, probably some kind of fuel line. You can see it twice: once in a wide shot showing the trainer and O-Yuki when he laughs and slowly raises the sword and a second time when he blocks O-Yuki's attack and punches her in the stomach. Revealing mistake: After defeating Gunbei in a duel, Itto is ambushed inside a temple. During the fight a number of the assassins have their arms cut off, however if you pay close attention you can see that they have just tucked their arms behind their backs. The shape is very clear in the clothing. This is most obvious during the shot of the two assassins dying on their knees and moaning, just before Itto executes them. (00:36:15)

Visible crew/equipment: After defeating Gunbei in a duel, Itto enters a temple to pray to Buddha. As Itto walks to the altar the camera passes by a number of pillars and statues and the shadow of the camera is cast on them a couple of times. (00:34:24)

Continuity mistake: After O-Yuki has defeated all the soldiers sent to kill her in the films opening scene, O-Yuki turns around showing her face to the camera and all of the blood that had sprayed on her face during the fight has vanished. (00:01:38)

Jack Vaughan

Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the film O-Yuki is fighting the men in the forest and kills them one by one. When she kills the last one there is a close-up shot of her dagger entering his rib area and blood sprays out. However, if you pay close attention you can see the blood sprays out of his sleeve (presumably there is a device in there), not his torso. (00:01:18)

Continuity mistake: The blowdart pipe that Braden pulls out of his bag is totally different to the one he pokes through the slat of the curtain to kill his target. The one from the bag is bamboo and thick and the one he uses is black and much thinner. (00:26:26)

Jack Vaughan

Revealing mistake: If you watch the scene when Caifano buys information off the homeless man, when his limousine pulls up on the pavement you can see people stood in the windows of the building behind watching the filming. (00:23:51)

Continuity mistake: When Cathy is being attacked on the bed by the sumo wrestler there is a green article of clothing lying near her head and a length of wood that both vanish suddenly between shots. (00:47:00)

Jack Vaughan

Continuity mistake: When Cho is fighting the three thieves (who have stolen his dolls) outside his showroom there is a moment when the bad guy wearing all denim is knocked down against a staircase, Cho then moves to grab another bad guy as he attempts to flee up a separate staircase and in this shot the denim guy has vanished from the scene. Spartacus (1960)

Visible crew/equipment: When the slave army attack the Roman encampment at night there is a long tracking shot across the battle and as the camera moves past one of the tents you can see the camera crane shadow cast on it. (01:44:37)

Spartacus (1960)

Revealing mistake: During the slave revolt at the Gladiator training academy there is a wideshot of the arena (with the slaves/soldiers fighting in the background) where you can see a slave trying to climb up a banner to the podium above. A soldier reaches down and stabs the slave however you can see he doesn't actually stab him. The slave then drops down and does a death twirl which isn't very convincing either. (00:56:42)

The Fog (1980)

Revealing mistake: When Nick stops his car and turns it around and goes down a different road (after the fog update from the lighthouse over the radio) you can see the large light attached to his car's dashboard used to illuminate it. (00:56:37)

The Fog (1980)

Visible crew/equipment: At the bar, Nick says to Liz "I'll be right back" and there is an immediate cut to the front of the lighthouse. Just before the fog begins to roll in you can see a crew member on the left side of screen moving around. It looks like he was signalling for the fog to be poured in. (00:53:24)
