The Fog (1980)

Revealing mistake: When one of the sailors peers out of the circular window and sees the fog bank you can see the window has not been lined up properly with the superimposed fog as the two collide at the right edge. The film then cuts away to the sailors and then back to the window again and this error has been fixed. (00:16:30)

The Fog (1980)

Trivia: When Father Malone discovers the journal, at the beginning of the movie, he opens it to a full page of text. We only see it very briefly but if you pause the film it appears to be some sort of joke. Here's a couple of extracts I could make out: "writing dumb shit in this fucking movie.." "...big tits, tatoos (sic)..." (00:06:41)

Session 9 (2001)

Visible crew/equipment: When Peter is attacked coming out of a doorway (after he leaves the boiler room) he wrestles with two zombies. If you pay attention to the bottom of the screen, just before he pushes the zombies away, you can see the hands of a crew member come into the frame. They were probably making sure none of the zombie actors fell into the camera. 2003 Directors cut DVD version. (00:49:02)

Triangle (2009)

Revealing mistake: Whenever normal Jess fights with sackhead Jess it's obvious that it's a man. Take note of the different and larger hands in particular.

Triangle (2009)

Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning of the film, the first time we see the yacht, there is a panning shot from the water going up above the prow of the ship. When this happens you can see the camera operator reflected on the metal surface. (00:04:26)

Revealing mistake: At the end of the film, in the extreme close-up shot of the Dual Flintlock pistol Ronin having his forehead hacked by Itto's sword you can see his hair is a wig. (01:20:27)

Jack Vaughan

Visible crew/equipment: After the final battle, the last surviving Ronin is begging Itto to spare him and there is a shot from behind him as he is backing up. Watch the lower left side of the screen and you can see the shadow of some equipment (probably the camera) moving backwards as well. (01:19:27)

Jack Vaughan

Revealing mistake: During the final fight sequence between Itto and the Ronin there is a moment when Itto corners one of the men against a small wooden building and then decapitates him. His severed head falls to the left and his body to the right, however if you pay close attention to the body you can see his head is still attached. The severed head was thrown in from offscreen.
