Corrected entry: Rachel Berry is supposedly a Vegan, yet during one of the bowling scenes in "The Rhodes Not Taken", she and Finn are seen sharing a pepperoni pizza.

A Very Glee Christmas - S2-E10
Corrected entry: At the end Artie is given a ReWalk by Coach Beiste to help him walk again. However, at the time, the ReWalk was only available for use in rehabilitation centers, and not yet for personal use. In addition, it's highly unlikely that Coach Beiste would have the funds to buy a ReWalk.
Correction: The ReWalk became commercially available in January of 2010. Since it's entirely likely that a high school football coach might have contacts in the field of Sports Medicine, Coach Bieste probably just pulled a few strings and got one a few days early.

South Park (1997)
Corrected entry: When the seniors are handing over their licenses, a senior in a green hat with a zimmer frame says that he's never had an accident in his life. But in the previous scene, he is shown crashing through the side of the house that Randy and the boys are hiding in.
Correction: He's getting his license taken away. Wouldn't you lie too?

Star Trek (1966)
The City on the Edge of Forever - S1-E29
Corrected entry: Since Kirk has to be on the Enterprise to record his Captain's log (after the events of the episode), we know he and Spock are successful in repairing the timeline since Kirk is heard making his log entry just before he and Spock go back to the past.
Correction: He could make the log entry into a tricorder to be uploaded to the ship's log once he made it back.

The City on the Edge of Forever - S1-E29
Corrected entry: If McCoy changed the future history of Earth that causes the Enterprise not to exist, then the landing party and equipment should have ceased to exist as well.
Correction: It's said at the beginning that the Guardian is at the center of a time distortion. That distortion could be protecting them.

Tomorrow is Yesterday - S1-E20
Corrected entry: Captain Christopher is beamed out of his plane while sitting down, yet he materializes on the transporter pad standing up.
Correction: This happens in most episodes of all Star Trek series where someone is beamed aboard while in a seated position, often enough that it seems to be a standard feature of the transporter that people materialize in a standing position.

Doctor Who (2005)
Father's Day - S1-E8
Corrected entry: The actor who plays Rose Tyler in her mid-20s has brown eyes naturally whilst the actor who plays the baby version (in 1987) of Rose Tyler has blue eyes naturally.
Correction: Caucasian babies are almost always born with blue eyes. Eventually, they turn to the color that they'll remain for the rest of their lives. Typically within 9 months, however, it's been reported happening as late as age 2. Baby Rose is about 20 months old at this time (According to her bio at Tardis Index File, anyway), so it's possible her eyes haven't changed yet.

Glee (2009)
Corrected entry: In the episode Vitamin D (Season 1, Episode 6), Terri gives Finn and the other Glee kids Pseudoephedrine tablets, telling them that Pseudoephedrine is the ingredient which makes decongestants non-drowsy. This isn't the case: Pseudoephedrine is itself the decongestant, which has a side effect in some people of promoting excitability. It certainly would not have made the kids as jumpy and energetic as they are shown to be.
Correction: Terri is an idiot and could easily make this character mistake. The power of suggestion easily explains the jumpy energy as well. I gave a single caffeine tablet to a friend who'd never had them before and he wigged out.

Hot Fuzz (2007)
Corrected entry: The explosion at the end of the movie, powerful enough to blow up an entire building would definitely be strong enough to kill everyone inside of that building -- especially Sergeant Angel himself, who is standing no more than ten feet away from the blast, without any form of protective clothing.
Correction: Explosions are capricious about their destruction. People have survived standing right next to them. (Deafened and naked, but still survived.).

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Nightmares - S1-E10
Corrected entry: In the scene where the Bogeyman comes down the hospital corridor and Buffy (who has been turned into a vampire as part of her nightmare) attacks him, she steps into direct sunlight, then runs and jumps the bogeyman in a sunny corridor, without any apparent ill effects. (00:38:30)
Correction: She's been made into a vampire by the boy's Nightmares warping reality. Vampires in his Nightmares might be able to walk in sunlight just fine.

King of the Hill (1997)
Life in the Fast Lane, Bobby's Saga - S2-E21
Corrected entry: When Boomhauer is getting ready for the race to be the pace car driver, Dale mentions that he could be like Jeff Gordon if he had a rich daddy. However, Jeff Gordon's dad was not rich, nor was his step father. Gordon's step father, John Bickford, worked as a mechanic for a Van shop installing chair lifts for disabled. In order for Jeff to race, they had to save every little cent, and sometimes had to sell the trophies Gordon won in order for him to race.
Correction: Dale is crazy and reaches insane conclusions. It's a character mistake.

That '70s Show (1998)
Punk Chick - S1-E22
Corrected entry: This episode was supposed to air before 22 (1x22) "The Water Tower", because in this episode where Eric tries to talk some sense into Hyde about moving to NY he speaks of "we were going to paint a pot-leaf on the water-tower" something they already did in the episode before.
Correction: In "The Water Tower," everyone agrees that their pot leaf looks like a green hand giving the finger, then Kelso has his fall, so they might regard that as a failure and still be planning to do it right next time.

Full Metal Jacket (1987)
Corrected entry: In the opening squad-bay scene, GySgt Hartman passes Pvt. Joker near one end of the room. The camera then pans around to show the two junior drill instructors at the same end. GySgt Hartman continues to the far end of the squad-bay to harass Pvt. Snowball. This is when Pvt. Joker says, "Is that you John Wayne." GySgt Hartman struts from the far end of the squad-bay to find out who spoke out of turn, but the junior drill instructors were much closer and would have pounced on Pvt. Joker long before GySgt Hartman could have.
Correction: This is their first day under Hartman's command and he needs to establish dominance immediately. The two junior DIs would understand this and let him handle the situation himself. Alternately, they may have worked with him long enough to know that he likes to handle insubordination like Joker's himself and to stay out of his way in this situation.

A View to a Kill (1985)
Corrected entry: When Zorin is gunning down on all of his workers in the underground mine, Christopher Walken's lips move as if he is screaming something out, but his audio is muted.
Correction: He's firing a machine gun in an enclosed space. It's going to be loud enough to drown out whatever he says. (From the scene, we can infer that it was just words to the effect that he's enjoying killing them.).

The Great Escape (1963)
Corrected entry: In the scene where the Americans are making moonshine, they are simultaneously mashing potatoes and distilling the moonshine, but there's no sign of any fermentation going on, so it's not clear how the alcohol is created.
Correction: It's mentioned earlier that they've been collecting the potatoes and doing something secret in that shed for days, so the batch that's distilling currently has had time to ferment and the potatoes that are still mashing are likely preparing for another batch later.

Hot Fuzz (2007)
Corrected entry: The late Edward Woodward's character shoots Danny near the end of the movie. He was one of the NWA and therefore compliant in the series of murders. How come he isn't behind bars like the others? He wasn't even featured in the arrest processing sequence.
Correction: This is more a question than a mistake. The answer being that he wasn't hanging around town for the big shootout earlier and everyone forgot about him up in the NWA office.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Some Assembly Required - S2-E2
Corrected entry: The vampires are digging the master up and one digs w/ his hands and they begin to smoke and he says "the ground, it's consecrated, it burns." But you never see any vampires in the cemetery burning when they dig themselves out of their graves.
Correction: The Master's grave was consecrated with special rituals that Giles, Willow, and Xander performed which are more powerful than the consecration done with ordinary funeral rites. Vampires that emerge from the grave also do it quickly and explosively enough that the consecrated dirt likely never comes in contact with them.

Doctor Who (2005)
Corrected entry: When the Doctor and Rose are first introduced to Queen Victoria, the Doctor says, "Rose, may I present her Majesty, Queen Victoria". Rose mouths the last few words of the Doctor's dialogue.
Correction: Rose would know who Queen Victoria is. She may have realized who it was as The Doctor was telling her and mouthed it out of awe rather than mimicking an actor's lines.

Once More, With Feeling - S6-E7
Corrected entry: When Tara starts with her song ("I'm Under Your Spell"), her hair is normal. When they are in their bedroom her hair has a zig zag in it. (00:09:05 - 00:11:00)
Correction: Reality is being changed by Sweet's magic. (Monsters are joining in as backup singers, lighting and wind effects appear; and in the later flashback to this episode, costume changes occur.) It's entirely possible that this could include makeup and hair changes.

Red Dwarf (1988)
Corrected entry: From series 4 onwards, Rimmer is held in place by a "light bee" which is solid. But, at several points in series 1 and 2, he is able to walk through solid objects, which his light bee would be unable to do.
Correction: In "Thanks For The Memory", Rimmer uses a projection cage to visit the surface of a nearby world, showing that he didn't have a light bee at that point. The addition of the light bee is clearly an upgrade made at some point after that time, making it entirely reasonable that he could be seen to walk through solid objects in the early seasons.
Correction: She's also on a date with a boy that she's attracted to, lots of people set aside principles in such situations.
Captain Defenestrator
She does the same in "Thanksgiving" (4x08), when she tells Brody that she is a vegetarian and precedes to prep it with him, once again proving your point.
