Character mistake: When Phoebe is describing to Cole the demon she saw in her premonition, she says on the good side of his face he had tribal markings, and Cole says, "Kinda like Belthazar," and Phoebe agrees. Belthazar has no markings like the ones on the demon's face.

Revealing mistake: In Chris's flashbacks, it's supposed to be the day he left to come to the future. But his hair is longer than it was in the season 5 finale when he came to the future.

Continuity mistake: In this episode they say an alchemist has the power to control the dead but not bring them back to life. However, in the season three episode "Coyote Piper," the alchemist brings both the body in the alley and Piper back to life.

Trivia: Freddy's hat is based on the hat of a homeless man that scared Craven as a child. His red and green shirt came from an article Craven had read saying that red and green are the two colors the human eye has the most trouble registering next to each other.

Continuity mistake: The tattoo on Giles' arm is reversed compared to the way it was facing in the "Dark Age" in season 2.

Other mistake: In episode "Helpless" in season 3, after the council member bitten by the crazy vampire rises, his bite marks heal. But in season 7's "Lies My Parents Told Me," it shows Spike's mother already risen and her bite marks are still there.

Continuity mistake: After drinking the water with the virus, Buffy looks into a room and her hair is damp and brushed back. In the next shot, it's dry and parted down the middle.
