The Dark Spirit Revealed: Part 3 - S2-E35

Continuity mistake: When the duel finishes, Yugi starts running over to Bakura's side of the playing field to reach him. Joey then says, "Lower that arena and get them down here," and the playing field is visible in the foreground of the shot, but Yugi cannot be seen anywhere running across it. (00:15:03)

The Dark Spirit Revealed: Part 2 - S2-E34

Continuity mistake: When Yugi activates the trap card Collective Powers, the Kuriboh card is on the left-hand side of the duel disk and is in defence mode. Seconds later, when he activates the spell card Exile of the Wicked, the Kuriboh card is now on the right-hand side of his duel disk and is in attack mode. (00:15:35 - 00:15:56)

The Dark Spirit Revealed: Part 2 - S2-E34

Revealing mistake: When Yugi says, "My monster's attack didn't work, and I was attacked instead," there is a shot from behind Yugi that pans over to Bakura. In the shot, the Dark Magician Girl card on his duel disk can be seen moving slightly, just as it goes out of frame. (00:03:09)

The Dark Spirit Revealed: Part 2 - S2-E34

Continuity mistake: When Gamma the Magnet Warrior's attack is deflected back onto Yugi, two monster cards can be seen on his duel disk. The two monster cards are next to each other. But seconds later, when Bakura tells Yugi he'll see what Darl Sanctuary is capable of soon enough, there is suddenly an extra monster card zone shown in between the two cards. (00:03:04 - 00:03:36)

Let the Finals Begin! - S2-E32

Audio problem: When Trinity thanks Joey for bringing her onboard the blimp, Joey says, "Just one of the many perks of being a champion." There appears to be a slight delay with Joey's mouth movements, as his mouth doesn't start moving until a second after he starts the line. (00:10:22)

Let the Finals Begin! - S2-E32

Continuity mistake: When everyone is on the blimp, there is a shot of the characters looking down at the city. In the shot, Joey and Trinity are standing side by side. When it cuts to focus on Joey and Trinity, Joey is slightly ahead of Trinity. (00:10:16)

Let the Finals Begin! - S2-E32

Stupidity: Kaiba boards the blimp and tells his aides to begin take-off immediately because "the Egyptian God cards are already on board" despite only seven out of eight duelists being on board (before Ishizu arrives at the last second). However, this contradicts how the duels are set up. The finals are played with each of the eight duelists facing off against each other in four separate two-player duels. If one of the players was not included, this would have messed up the Battle City finals completely. (00:09:17)

Let the Finals Begin! - S2-E32

Continuity mistake: When Odion arrives at the stadium while impersonating Marik, there is a wide shot where Joey says, "I think I scared him, Yug." In the wide shot, Yugi and Joey appear to be standing ahead of Kaiba. Then, in a shot focusing on Kaiba, the two are suddenly aligned with Kaiba. Tea also changes position, going from being directly behind Yugi and Joey to being behind them on their right in between shots. (00:07:32)

Continuity mistake: When Marik is speaking with Yugi, Joey and Tea after entering the stadium, he is wearing a duel disk on his left forearm. Seconds later, when Bakura has entered and Joey tells him he should go back to the hospital, Marik's duel disk has suddenly disappeared. (00:05:39)

Continuity mistake: When Magnum walks up to Mai after she lands on Joey, her left arm has a sleeve on it. Magnum offers Mai his hand, prompting her to slap his hand away. In the close-up of her slapping his hand, the sleeve is missing from her arm before reappearing soon after. (00:17:51)

Shadow of a Duel - S2-E30

Shadow of a Duel - S2-E30

Continuity mistake: Bonz's life points go from 4000 to 3500 after Bakura destroys his monster. When Bonz draws a card from his deck on his next turn, the life point display on the duel disk is back to 4000 (the first number cannot be seen, but there are three zeroes, so it is certainly not accurate).
