A Duel with Dartz: Part 6 - S4-E38

Other mistake: When Yugi has Timaeus absorb the effect of Big Shield Gardna, the Big Shield Gardna monster card is shaded yellow, which would indicate it is a Normal Monster and does not have an effect. Since Big Shield Gardna is an Effect Monster, it should be shaded orange, not yellow. (00:19:43)

A Duel with Dartz: Part 2 - S4-E34

Other mistake: When Yugi summons Big Shield Gardna, the Monster Card is shaded yellow. Monster Cards that are shaded yellow are Normal Monsters, meaning that they have no effect. However, Big Shield Gardna has an effect, meaning that it is an Effect Monster and should be shaded orange. (00:18:56)

A Duel with Dartz: Part 2 - S4-E34

Other mistake: After Yugi activates De-Fusion, Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon returns to Kaiba's side of the field. Seconds later, when Dartz is saying "and I assure you, it has nothing to do with teamwork or friendship," the Blue-Eyes White Dragon card can be seen on Kaiba's duel disk, instead of Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon. On the Wrong Track: Part 3 - S4-E18

Other mistake: When Rex is telling Joey that he is down to his last 300 life points, Joey has one card in his hand and it is the Pot of Greed spell card. Joey then draws a card from his deck and the card is revealed to be Pot of Greed, even though the card was just shown in his hand. He then summons Gearfried the Iron Knight from his hand, which is the only other card in his hand and not the Pot of Greed card. (00:06:30)

The Fate of the Pharoah: Part 1 - S4-E12

Other mistake: The bridge that Yugi walks across is held up by two posts, with rope tied around them in three different places (the top, middle and bottom) and the rope tied around the top of the post is connected to the ground. Rafael throws two axes at the posts, severing the rope between the ground and the top of the post, but the ropes around the middle and bottom of the posts become severed, even though they were never hit by the axes. The Final Face Off: Part 5 - S3-E45

Other mistake: When Kaiba and Mokuba have begun the detonation sequence, a timer on the console begins counting down. The countdown is supposed to be one hour, as Kaiba told them the island will explode in that time, but the timer appears to count down incredibly quickly, with minutes passing by in seconds. The Final Face Off: Part 2 - S3-E42

Other mistake: When Marik has the Monster Reborn card after taking it from Yugi's graveyard, there is a close-up of the card in his hand. In the close-up, the spell card Fiend's Sanctuary can be seen among the cards in his hand. However, Marik does not have this card in his deck. Yugi has this card in his deck as Kaiba gave it to him at the start of the duel. (00:05:50)

Clash in the Coliseum: Part 6 - S3-E37

Other mistake: When Kaiba says "This is where it all ends, Yugi," a Blue Eyes White Dragon monster card can be seen on his duel disk. At this point, the only monster on his field is Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, so Blue Eyes White Dragon shouldn't be on his duel disk. The same mistake happens again when Kaiba says "No, I need my Ultimate Dragon to win the duel," right after Yugi activates De-Fusion, before the three White Dragons reappear on the field. Clash in the Coliseum: Part 5 - S3-E36

Other mistake: Kaiba activates The Flute of Summoning Dragon, which allows him to summon any Dragon-type monster from his hand. At this point, he has four cards in his hand. He then holds up two Blue-Eyes White Dragon monster cards in his right hand, but there also appear to be four cards in his left hand, even though there should now be two instead of four. Clash in the Coliseum: Part 4 - S3-E35

Other mistake: Kaiba activates the spell card Card of Demise, which allows him to draw cards from his deck until there are five cards in his hand (as long as he discards his entire hand after five turns). Once he has five cards in his hand, he summons the monster card Lord of Dragons from his hand, which should bring the total number of cards in his hand down to four, but instead he has three cards in his hand, instead of four. Clash in the Coliseum: Part 4 - S3-E35

Other mistake: When Kaiba sets the trap card Cloning face down on the field, he has five cards in his hand. On Kaiba's next turn, he still only has five cards in his hand, even though duelists are supposed to draw one card from their decks at the start of their turn. (00:10:20 - 00:11:29)

Noah's Final Threat: Part 1 - S3-E20

Other mistake: When Yugi draws the Cyber Jar card from his deck, the front side of the card can be seen briefly. In this brief moment, it is a spell card and not a monster card. It becomes a monster card when he goes to set it a few seconds later. (00:07:25)

Settling the Score: Part 2 - S3-E12

Other mistake: When Leichter is boasting about how he has three times as many life points as Kaiba, just as Kaiba says "Just try," the Lord of Dragons monster card can be seen on his duel disk in defence mode. However, Lord of Dragons isn't a monster that Kaiba has on his duel field; it is just the monster he selected as his Deck Master. (00:03:15)

Settling the Score: Part 1 - S3-E11

Other mistake: When younger, Kaiba has duelling cards laid out on the floor; one of the Exodia monster cards can be seen. The Exodia cards have always been presented as extremely rare monster cards, and it is unlikely Kaiba would have one of these. (00:12:40)

A Duel with Destiny: Part 1 - S2-E44

Other mistake: Kaiba activates the spell card Shrink, which halves his monster Vorse Raider's attack points. When the attack point display appears, it begins counting down from 1950 (even though Vorse Raider has 1900), and the attack points lower to 950 (which is 1000 points). Technically, the attack points were right to go down to 950 because Vorse Raider does have 1900 attack points, but the display was wrong to show 1950 attack points. (00:13:10)

Other mistake: When Joey convinces Trinity not to leave the duelling field, there is a shot of Trinity saying, "You've got it, big brother," while Joey does a fist bump. In the shot, Jinzo can be seen on his duel disk, even though it was destroyed earlier in the episode. (00:06:45)

Other mistake: At the start of the episode, the attack and defence points of each monster on the field are displayed. Insect Queen is shown to have 2400 attack and defence points when shown on the display. Insect Queen has 2200 attack points and 2600 defence points. (00:02:13)
