Continuity mistake: When the satellite targets Kaiba, there are two POV shots of the satellite when it is looking at the bridge where Kaiba is looking forwards and directly facing Leichter. Then, in the final shot, Kaiba is suddenly looking up at the satellite. (00:19:03)

Continuity mistake: When Leichter activates the Life Absorbing Machine, there is a shot of Leichter drawing a card from his deck. Other mistake: When younger, Kaiba has duelling cards laid out on the floor; one of the Exodia monster cards can be seen. The Exodia cards have always been presented as extremely rare monster cards, and it is unlikely Kaiba would have one of these. (00:12:40)

Continuity mistake: In a flashback to Kaiba's childhood, he has rows of cards laid on the floor. The cards are positioned so that the bottom side of the cards is facing toward the window. When the shot cuts, the cards are facing Kaiba and a wall behind him, and away from the window. (00:12:28)
Settling the Score: Part 1 - S3-E11
Continuity mistake: When the main characters run up to Nezbitt, not knowing it isn't Tristan, the wide shot shows Kaiba with his fists pointed at an upward angle. In the next shot of Kaiba, where he says "Yugi," his fists are pointed downwards. (00:02:19)
Settling the Score: Part 1 - S3-E11
Plot hole: When Nezbitt starts attacking Kaiba, Kaiba throws a duelling card at Nezbitt. However, Kaiba shouldn't have a deck of cards on him at this point, as the rules of the virtual world only grant him a duelling deck when he duels someone, which he doesn't do until later in the episode. (00:02:14)
Settling the Score: Part 1 - S3-E11
Continuity mistake: When Tristan sees the reflection of the robot monkey, before realising that it is him, he is standing at a rotated angle. Then it cuts to a POV shot where he is facing the reflection directly forwards, with no rotation at all. (00:01:13)
