Plot hole: The episode ends with the reveal that Tea has the Millennium Ring and is now possessed by Marik. The last time the Millennium Ring was shown, it was thrown by Bakura at the end of the duel on the playing field. There is no way Tea could have retrieved the Millennium Ring from the playing field without the other characters noticing, seeing as how she was with them the entire time while they took Bakura back to his bedroom and had nowhere to hide it. Continuity mistake: When Tea is left alone with Bakura, in the shot of the other characters walking out of the bedroom, one of the chairs next to the bed is shown at a rotated angle. In the next shot, the chair doesn't appear to be rotated at all. (00:19:25)

Revealing mistake: When Yugi is talking with Pharaoh after the duel, in the shot where Yugi says, "Together, we'll figure out the secrets of your ancient past," the Millennium Puzzle appears to be drawn a lot narrower compared to every other time it is shown. (00:16:18)

Continuity mistake: When everyone runs over to Bakura after the duel is over, Marik is missing from the group, despite being next to them for the entirety of the duel. Seconds later, when Tristan begins to carry Bakura, Marik suddenly appears next to the group. (00:15:10 - 00:15:33)

Continuity mistake: When the duel finishes, Yugi starts running over to Bakura's side of the playing field to reach him.
