The Final Face Off: Part 2 - S3-E42

Other mistake: When Marik has the Monster Reborn card after taking it from Yugi's graveyard, there is a close-up of the card in his hand. In the close-up, the spell card Fiend's Sanctuary can be seen among the cards in his hand. However, Marik does not have this card in his deck. Yugi has this card in his deck as Kaiba gave it to him at the start of the duel. (00:05:50)

The Final Face Off: Part 1 - S3-E41

Continuity mistake: When Joey, Tea, Tristan and Devlin are telling Yugi not to let Marik psych him out, Joey is standing in front of the other three and Devlin is standing directly in front of Tristan. When the shot cuts to an angle behind them, Devlin is now in front of Tristan to his right, Joey and Devlin are aligned with one another, and Tea is standing on Joey's left, despite being directly behind him in the previous shot. The positions change back in the following shot. (00:06:22)

Continuity mistake: After Marik and the main characters meet up at the top of the tower, it cuts to Kaiba, Mokuba and Ishizu standing on the ground below. In the wide shot, Mokuba and Ishizu are standing side by side and Kaiba is behind Mokuba, and all three are directly facing the tower. When the shot cuts, Kaiba and Mokuba are standing at a rotated angle in order to face the tower. (00:18:14)

Clash in the Coliseum: Part 6 - S3-E37

Other mistake: When Kaiba says "This is where it all ends, Yugi," a Blue Eyes White Dragon monster card can be seen on his duel disk. At this point, the only monster on his field is Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, so Blue Eyes White Dragon shouldn't be on his duel disk. The same mistake happens again when Kaiba says "No, I need my Ultimate Dragon to win the duel," right after Yugi activates De-Fusion, before the three White Dragons reappear on the field.
