The Crab with the Golden Claws: Part 1 - S1-E1

Other mistake: When the three Karaboudjan members go to approach Daws, we see Daws go to clench the wrapper he had written "Karaboudjan" on and then throws the Crabe Extra tin in the box nearby. In the shot where one of them says "You disappoint us, Daws", as they first appear, we can see Daws is standing in front of the box, yet as Daws actually goes to throw the tin in the box, he throws it forwards, which from that position meant, could not have possibly landed in the box. It would have landed far in front of the box, rather than actually in it. (00:02:05)

As Lamar enters the white car, he is never shown pulling a handle. He is just miming the actions of pulling a handle and the car door just opens.

The Crab with the Golden Claws: Part 1 - S1-E1

Other mistake: The Crabe Extra tin Daws had stuffed in his pocket is about four to five inches long, possibly more and the tin has been opened, increasing the length another two inches, and Daws still had to stuff his whole hand and whole wrist into his pocket and keep moving it around to retrieve the tin. If anything, he'd be lucky enough to have fit the tin in his pocket anyway. (00:01:45)

Other mistake: Logan, Charles, Erik and Hank are boarding the plane after breaking Erik out of the Pentagon. Erik goes to reach down for the paper and Logan stops him by placing his bone claws down on the paper. On the third column of the article on the front page, the article mentions a shoemaker named Max Schwartz and a couple of paragraphs below, a woman named Mrs. Locklan Smith. On the fourth column of the article, the exact same paragraphs of both the shoemaker Max Schwartz and Mrs. Locklan Smith have been repeated a second time. (00:52:20)

Now You See Me (2013)

Other mistake: When Henley is supposedly getting eaten by the piranhas in the tank, loads of bloody water keeps spilling out of the tank and even lands on a guy in a blue hat hitting the tank. As the shot slowly pans over the mysterious man in a hoodie, the guy in the blue hat is somehow completely dry. (00:07:10)

Other mistake: Throughout Gotham, almost anywhere the character goes is crowded with the Joker's goons and henchmen who come to attack and attempt to kill the current character being played. However, if the character currently being played is The Joker himself, the goons and henchmen will still attack and attempt to kill him anyway.

The Simpsons Game (2007)

Other mistake: Bartman Begins: Homer and Bart are in a dinosaur exhibit, trying to get Bart to fly off the dinosaur skeleton to the other side, whilst also fighting off some guards, and the exhibit continues through the next room where they are stopping Dolph. In these parts of the level, night time is visible outside of the windows - it is supposed to be day time during this level.

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX (2004)

Tag Team Trial: Part 1 - S1-E10

Other mistake: When Chumley wonders how Jaden and Syrus are being so calm, Jaden replies with "What's not to be calm about?" and the shot zooms out to show several other playing cards on the floor. One of the cards shown is Cyber Twin Dragon. Jaden nor Syrus don't even have that card in their deck. Zane has it, but not Jaden or Syrus. (00:02:15)

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX mistake picture

Tag Team Trial: Part 1 - S1-E10

Other mistake: After Jaden has summoned Elemental Hero Rampart Blaster, Syrus states to Jaden that Gate Guardian's attack points are 3750 and Elemental Hero Rampart Blaster's defense points are only 2500. When Syrus is stating this to Jaden, it cuts to a reverse angle of Jaden and Syrus where Syrus says "Blaster will get blasted", you can see on Jaden's duel disk, the Elemental Hero Clayman card shown, rather than Elemental Hero Rampart Blaster. Yu-Gi-Oh! GX (2004)

Tag Team Trial: Part 2 - S1-E11

Other mistake: Syrus summons to the field Drillroid and has it attack the Gate Guardian in defense mode, but is blocked by Defence Wall because of its effect, and Defense Wall is destroyed. Because of this, Jaden and Syrus lose 500 Life Points. While it does seem logical that their life points would go down because Drillroid has 1600 attack points and Defense Wall has 2100 defense points, they should not lose life points in the first place. This is mainly due to the fact that Drillroid's effect causes a defense position monster to be destroyed instantly, without losing life points. If Drillroid was capable of destroying Defence Wall, then their life points should have remained at 1700. (00:08:00)

Tag Team Trial: Part 2 - S1-E11

Other mistake: As Syrus is thinking about the next card he'll draw, just as he says "All our hopes of becoming the best, everything we've ever dreamed about..." he has a flashback that shows him and Jaden sitting at their desk with dueling cards in their hand, cards on their desk, and Chumley sitting on his bunk in the background. On the desk is the Elemental Hero Sparkman card, but it is shaded in a dark orange color. Elemental Hero Sparkman, however, has no special effects or abilities and monsters that have no effects are always shaded in bright yellow, not dark orange. (00:07:25)

Other mistake: All monsters in the series with effects are shown to be shaded in a dark orange color and all of the monsters with no effects whatsoever are shown to be shaded in a bright yellow color. Yet Dox's Defense Wall card is shown to be shaded in a bright yellow color (which implies that it is a monster with no effect), despite the fact that Defense Wall has the ability to be the only monster an opponent can attack whilst in defense position. The Simpsons Game (2007)

Other mistake: Grand Theft Scratchy: Two shots after Marge says "I just don't understand why Bart would want to play this game" shows three cats in a car pulling up to shoot three mice walking on the street. The cats take out their guns, aim straight at the mice and start shooting at them. The shot then cuts to the mice, completely unharmed and start shooting the cats. Before the shot cut to the mice, the cats were shooting their guns for a full 1-2 seconds. If the cats had their guns aimed directly at the cats and started shooting, even for this short amount of time, the mice would already be dead even before they could take their guns out.

Alien (1979)

Other mistake: When Dallas is in the air vent, his and the alien's location are both being tracked with the movement sensor held by Lambert. Whenever he crawls, his movements match up with the sensor. As he climbs down the ladder, his movement on the sensor goes downwards as it keeps in sync with Dallas himself and also shows that anything sensed on the sensor would be lower down on the sensor's monitor if someone or something was located on another level of the vent. The shot after Dallas says "Am I clear Lambert? I want to get the hell out of here" shows the monitor on the sensor and we can see the alien approaching Dallas on the monitor, with both Dallas and the alien on the same level on the air vent. Dallas then climbs down another level, and it is that the alien was in fact a level below Dallas. The problem with this is, if the alien was approaching Dallas from below, then the monitor should have showed the alien to be a few spaces below where it was on the monitor and not the same level as Dallas. Suggested correction: Simple, the sensor didn't work properly, or at least not as the crew expected it to. The tracker was made by Ash, based on "micro changes in air density." Ash was protecting the alien. It wasn't in his interests to make the sensor/tracker effective and efficient. Ash didn't care if Dallas, who he might perceive to be the greatest threat to the alien's survival, died.
