Blade Runner 2049 (2017)

Other mistake: When K is shooting at the car Luv and Deckard are in, in the shot of Luv gasping and sparks flying due to the car being shot at, the co-pilot sitting on the right is shot in the head. The bullets that hit the co-pilot come in through the front windshield and the frame of the car beside it, as shown by the bullet holes made in the windshield and frame, and hit him in the side of the head. A blood splatter from where the co-pilot was shot can be seen on the windshield, but the angle of where the bullet comes in through the windshield and hits him on the head doesn't match where the blood splatters. The bullet comes in from the front of the car, hitting him on the front side of the head, but the blood splatter is seen on the windshield directly in front of him. If he has hit in the front side of the head, the blood splatter would come out through the back side of his head, and not hit the windshield. The only way the blood splatter going on the windshield could have been possible was if he was shot through the back of the head, and not through the side of the head. (02:19:55)

Grand Theft Auto V

Grand Theft Auto V mistake picture Video

Other mistake: Marriage Counselling: The opening shot of the intro cutscene is shown partway up the staircase of Michael's house looking down on the hallway. In the foreground of the shot, there is an ornament suspended from the ceiling, hanging around the staircase. The ornament starts off a very shaded colour, but an animation error occurs, causing the ornament to shift to a much lighter colour within a frame.

Grand Theft Auto V mistake picture Video

Other mistake: Marriage Counselling: When Franklin arrives at Michael's house to find the tennis coach jumping off the balcony, there are numerous animation errors shown around the balcony, notably when the player shifts the camera angles. First, there are flowers around the balcony when the coach jumps off, but there are some frames in which the flowers have not been animated. Second, there are some frames in which the door to the balcony has not been animated, leaving a colourless arch shape. Third, numerous rendering layers of the balcony door will pop-up on screen during each individual key frame when the camera angle is altered.

Now You See Me (2013)

Other mistake: When the Horsemen remove $70,000 from Tressler's cheque, audience member Josepha is waving her flashlight on her paper, and begins to notice something. However, it is not until the next shot where it is shown that the 70 has appeared in front of her $562 written on her paper. (01:00:50)

Foodfight! mistake picture

Other mistake: When Cheasel attempts to cut the wires to the telephone pole, he takes out a chainsaw, bumps into a wire with the chainsaw slanted, then bumps into part of the pole with the chainsaw straight. He chops through the pole at a straight angle, but the area where the pole begins to detach from was never touched by the chainsaw. (01:11:00)

Foodfight! (2012)

Other mistake: The Brand X general instructs two of his soldiers to seal Dex and Dan into Mr. Leonard's office. The two soldiers do this by jumping onto a tube of glue which squirts onto the top of the door, moves around to the edge of the top and moves downwards, however the soldiers only jumped on the glue. They did not do anything to move the trajectory or direction of the glue. (00:43:50)

Other mistake: When Dex is walking down an empty street, Cheasel appears between his legs before moving his body around so that he is in front of Dex, whilst his head and neck remain in the same position. If Cheasel had his head and neck between Dex's legs, he would not have been able to move his body around Dex, as Dex's legs would have been in the way. (00:29:15)

Other mistake: When Cheasel is about to be trapped by the wrecking ball, he is shown with his head and neck visibly extended whilst the ball is shown placed over his back. The wrecking ball then crushes Cheasel but his head and neck are crushed along with him, even though the ball was only shown landing on his back. (00:30:25)

Other mistake: After the first Copa-Banana scene, Dex is back at his apartment and pours some milk into a cup. When he finishes pouring, some of the milk he was pouring spills onto the table and the milk that is spilled on the table begin to land to the left of the cup. The shot then pans around to close in on the cup of milk, and an error occurs in the animation, as in the same shot, the spilled milk moves around the cup to a different position at another side of the cup. Foodfight! (2012)

Other mistake: Whilst Dan's plane is crashing the second time, there is a shot from behind the plane where it shows the plane headed for a tree and also shows the plane mere meters from it. Dan spends the next twenty to thirty seconds trying to maneuver the plane and also attempting to pull the ejector seat, before finally crashing into the tree. Given the short distance between the plane and the tree in the reverse angle and also the twenty to thirty second gap of Dan attempting to maneuver the plane, as well as eject, the plane would have definitely crashed into the tree in a much quicker time than Dan had spent attempting to fix the plane. Other mistake: After Dex lures the hairless hamster henchmen away from the hot air balloon with a piece of cheese, they leap off the balloon to try and reach the cheese and they plummet to the ground. When the final henchman is falling from the sky, Dex and the Fat Cat Burglar are visible in the far background, but they are paying no attention to any of the henchmen plummeting and are instead just looking at each other. Given the fact that the Fat Cat Burglar has just lost his henchmen and Dex needed to make sure they were out of the picture so he could rescue the baby kittens, there is no real reason that they would ignore the henchmen falling. Bodyswap - S3-E4

Other mistake: When Lister inadvertently sets off the Auto Destruct sequence, the computer voice says the ship will detonate in 15 minutes. The computer then says "the ship will detonate" every five seconds followed by how much time until detonation, but the time in which the computer says this is inconsistent. Two seconds after the computer says 15 minutes, the computer says the ship will detonate in 14 minutes 55 seconds. Ten seconds after saying that, the computer says the ship will detonate in 14 minutes 50 seconds. (00:01:50)

Suggested correction: He keeps hitting it to cancel the self destruct, which then speeds up the countdown.

The mistake occurred before Lister touched anything and isn't about the obvious jump in the time left. 5 seconds taking 2 seconds and then 10 seconds is the mistake.

Bishop73

The system's malfunctioning. Being inexplicably inconsistent is very appropriate, not a mistake.

Other mistake: When the group are discussing if they can override the Auto Destruct, the computer voice says 8 minutes 20 seconds until detonation. About 20 seconds after saying this, the computer voice then says 8 minutes 10 seconds until detonation. (00:02:35)

Red Dwarf (1988)

Backwards - S3-E1

Other mistake: It is established in the backwards version of Earth, that all writing is reversed and is spelled backwards. However, there are some inconsistencies, as in some instances the writing has been mirrored to appear reversed, whilst in some instances the writing has just been spelled out backwards. For example, car number plates and signs on display in the background have been mirrored to appear reversed, but the newspaper that Kryten reads, the Nodnol sign and the Sensational Reverse Brothers poster appear normally typed out, and not as the mirror image that other aspects of this world have.

Other mistake: When Rimmer is testing Kryten on a book of space traffic signs, Kryten stops on one page and is tested, which he says the sign is a binary star. Without turning the page, Rimmer points to a second sign on the same page asking what it is, which he points out is a blue giant about to supernova. After pointing to the time hole, Rimmer turns back to the book, saying "Right. What's this?" whilst still on the same page, pointing to a another sign. The page that is being used has one sign shown on the right hand side page, and the left hand side page is completely blank, equalling one sign on both sides of the page, but two or three signs are made mention to when on the page. Other mistake: The shots of Blue Midget driving back to Red Dwarf that are shown from behind are visibly the exact same shots used each time. This is evident as the driving movements of Blue Midget, its position in the frame, and Red Dwarf's position in the background are all identical each time.

Other mistake: When K intercepts Luv's car at the sea wall to rescue Deckard, the two begin shooting at each other, and end up hitting one another. Luv then falls onto a car seat and a huge splatter of blood is left on the seat, but there is no visible wound that can be seen on her that would have been able to produce that amount of blood splatter.
