Red Dwarf (1988)

Backwards - S3-E1

Other mistake: It is established in the backwards version of Earth, that all writing is reversed and is spelled backwards. However, there are some inconsistencies, as in some instances the writing has been mirrored to appear reversed, whilst in some instances the writing has just been spelled out backwards. For example, car number plates and signs on display in the background have been mirrored to appear reversed, but the newspaper that Kryten reads, the Nodnol sign and the Sensational Reverse Brothers poster appear normally typed out, and not as the mirror image that other aspects of this world have.

Red Dwarf (1988)

Backwards - S3-E1

Other mistake: When Rimmer is testing Kryten on a book of space traffic signs, Kryten stops on one page and is tested, which he says the sign is a binary star. Without turning the page, Rimmer points to a second sign on the same page asking what it is, which he points out is a blue giant about to supernova. After pointing to the time hole, Rimmer turns back to the book, saying "Right. What's this?" whilst still on the same page, pointing to a another sign. The page that is being used has one sign shown on the right hand side page, and the left hand side page is completely blank, equalling one sign on both sides of the page, but two or three signs are made mention to when on the page. Red Dwarf (1988)

Season 2 generally

Other mistake: The shots of Blue Midget driving back to Red Dwarf that are shown from behind are visibly the exact same shots used each time. This is evident as the driving movements of Blue Midget, its position in the frame, and Red Dwarf's position in the background are all identical each time.

Blade Runner 2049 (2017)

Other mistake: When K intercepts Luv's car at the sea wall to rescue Deckard, the two begin shooting at each other, and end up hitting one another. Luv then falls onto a car seat and a huge splatter of blood is left on the seat, but there is no visible wound that can be seen on her that would have been able to produce that amount of blood splatter. Explorers on the Moon: Part 1 - S3-E11

Other mistake: Wolff is explaining that if the motor is shut off again, the magnetic sole boots they are wearing will stop them from floating. Whilst he is explaining this, he is placing the boot straps over the Velcro. The first strap he places is only partially on, but a few frames after, a blip occurs in the animation, and the strap is suddenly entirely over the Velcro. The same happens with the second strap as well. (00:08:00)

Prisoners of the Sun: Part 1 - S3-E5

Other mistake: After the man on the ship tells Tintin that Calculus' punishment is death, he yells for Alonzo, and Tintin then punches him. When the man is punched, it is apparent that Tintin's fist never even enters the frame. There appears to be a flash effect indicating that he had been punched, but Tintin's fist is never shown hitting him. (00:07:05)

Archer (2009)

The Man from Jupiter - S3-E4

Other mistake: At the start of the scene where Mallory says she is going to the premiere with Burt Reynolds, there is an establishing shot of the building. Just over a minute later, the same shot is repeated a second time, as shown by the fact that the cars driving by the building and the cars parked in front of the building are exactly the same. The Little Cars in the Great Race mistake picture

Other mistake: When Wrangler is first seen, he is shown autographing tickets by driving over them. There is a tyre mark shown on the tickets when he first does it, but a few minutes later, when he autographs Cruise's tickets, there's no tyre mark on the tickets, even though he used the same method. Also, when Lugnut shows the tickets to the police car at the end, the tyre marks have now appeared. (00:08:05 - 00:11:15)

The Red Sea Sharks: Part 2 - S3-E2

Other mistake: After the recap from the previous episode, Tintin, Haddock and Snowy are on a boat. Tintin is shown pulling on a rope to attach a sail. The amount of rope shown near the ground is never seen extending. It remains the same length even when Tintin is pulling on it. (00:25:05)

The Red Sea Sharks: Part 2 - S3-E2

Other mistake: Tintin and Haddock discover that part of the ship is on fire and discover a group of people hiding out under the deck. Haddock then lowers a ladder, down below the deck, so that the others can climb out, but even after every single person down below decks climbs out, the fire has not extended or grown further in any way, even after the time spent letting all the people out. Flight 714: Part 2 - S2-E13

Other mistake: In order for Rastapopoulos to break into the secret passageway, he places chunks of dynamite around the idol, then lights a fuse for each individual chunk of dynamite, all burning at the same time. The fuse for the dynamite near the middle of the idol is significantly shorter than the fuses for the others. Despite this, it still takes the exact same amount of time for all three to burn down. Nine Lives (2016)

Other mistake: Two security guards at Firebrand are shown watching a video of Tom, as Mr. Fuzzypants, jumping across a doorway and Lara and Madison attempting to catch him that Nicole filmed. The problem is, the camera angle shows an angle in front of Lara, Madison and the cat and Nicole filmed the video from behind the cat. Nicole can even be seen filming in the background of the video. There is still no way this footage could have been filmed from this angle. (01:15:55)

Laurence is sitting on top of the two bad guys after the fight and Laurence then punches one of the bad guys so hard that he flies across the street.
