Later, Franz activates Winged Dragon of Ra's secret ability, allowing him to sacrifice all but 1 life point to add it to Ra. However, when this happens, his life point count starts at 4000, when it was 1200 earlier. When Jaden goes to pull it back to him thinking it's a fish, Aster snaps the hook from the fishing rod, leaving the hook attached to the steak. Aster then continues eating the steak, but the hook cannot be seen inside it, even though it was never removed from the steak. (00:02:57)

That same turn, he uses Aqua Dolphin's effect again, and to do so, he discards another card from his hand. Other mistake: When Jaden has Elemental Hero Wildheart attack Chazz directly, Chazz's life points go down to 2100. Chazz's life point count remains this way for a large chunk of the duel, but when Elemental Hero Flame Wingman destroys Armed Dragon LV7, Chazz's life point count is 2800. Technically speaking, Chazz does lose the correct number of life points since his go down to 1600 and there was a 500-point difference between the two monsters, but his life points shouldn't have been listed as 2800.
