For the first few frames of shot, the circle around the edges of the magnifying glass is colored yellow. Then as he says the line, the edge of the magnifying glass suddenly flickers to black during the shot. (00:01:55)

Other mistake: In a flashback of Lopez stealing the gem stone, he places the idol in his bag and closes it. If you watch the idol as it closes, an animation error occurs where it vanishes from shot just before the bag finishes closing, revealing that the animators forgot to draw it in each individual frame. Other mistake: In the end credits, the cast is meant to be in order of appearance. When it gets to Victoria's credit, it states that Alexander Dunning appears next in the movie. Another 4 people after this reads Cooper's family appears. This is wrong. Victoria appears. A few minutes after this, Cooper is shown at his house and watches his kids sleeping. In the scene after Alexander Dunning appears for the first time in the movie. For the credits to be in order of appearance correctly, it would have to be Victoria - Cooper's Daughter - Cooper's Son - Alexander Dunning. (01:41:15)

Other mistake: Whilst examining the wrapper with "Karaboudjan" written on it, the "K" is a centimeter away from the letter "A" and all the other letters are about a fifth of a centimeter away from the letters. Tintin then places a magnifying glass above the word "Karaboudjan." After doing this, the "K" that was a centimeter away from the "A" is now a fifth of a centimeter away from the "A", but none of the other letters seem to have changed distances. This all occurs within the same shot. (00:05:15)

Other mistake: When Bond is being driven back to MI6, there is clear rain on the window. In the angle from above the car, there is no rain visible on the top of the car, meaning that there is rain on the passenger window, but no rain on the car roof. (00:26:45)
