Corrected entry: In the episode "Hubris", Lily finds a quote in a letter a suspect wrote to the victim, "for wise men know well enough what monsters you make of them", which she says sounds a little like Shakespeare. She and a few other cops are later seen reading through several Shakespeare plays in an attempt to find it, but this is madness when you consider a) the sheer mass of his work and b) that she isn't even sure it's a quote from him. Much faster would have been to Google the phrase, which brings up several hundred pages identifying it as a line from Hamlet. Any experienced detective would think of this first.

Deja Vu All Over Again - S1-E22
Corrected entry: In 'Deja Vu All Over Again' Tempest tells Rodriguez he has brought him back to the exact moment they met. Tempest first appeared to Rodriguez at midnight, but it's light outside when he says this. (00:16:55)
Correction: Actually Tempess says that he brought him back to the place they first met.

Deja Vu All Over Again - S1-E22
Corrected entry: In 'Deja Vu All Over Again', after Piper calls Phoebe it's an hour before she gets to Quake and only after that does Joanna arrive. During the third time they live the day Phoebe tells Piper to come home immediately when she calls, but Piper talks to Joanna before she leaves. If she was supposed to come home immediately why would she still be at the restaurant an hour later?

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Corrected entry: In "The I In Team", Buffy tells Maggie Walsh that's she's always wanted a pager. Buffy has already had a pager, seen in "Never Kill A Boy On The First Date". (00:12:05)
Correction: In "Never Kill A Boy On The First Date," she grabs Giles' pager out of his front jacket pocket when she says "If the Apocalypse comes, beep me." Buffy hasn't had a pager of her own prior to this moment.

Clueless (1995)
Corrected entry: On her first day when Cher and Di are showing Tai around, Cher points out Elton to Tai, but the very next day when Cher decides to set Tai up with him, Tai asks 'Who's Elton?' It's unlikely she would have just forgotten in one day, especially since he was pretty much the only guy whose name was mentioned to her.
Correction: Maybe there were more boys named mentioned to her that we just did not see her hear. She met a lot of people in each of her classes. Therefore, she was probably still getting everyone's name straight. And Tai could have also been asking Who Elton is in terms of his social standing, etc, not him as the actual person that was mentioned to her.

Austin Powers in Goldmember (2002)
Corrected entry: Nigel Powers' spy car is a Mini Cooper, a clear reference to Michael Caine's (Nigel) leading role in "The Italian Job" (1969), which features a famous Mini chase.
Correction: Or, more likely, it is featured because BMW, parent corporation of Mini, paid a huge sum to feature their new prototype of a Mini convertible in the film.

Get It Done - S7-E15
Corrected entry: At the end of the fight with the exchange demon in 'Get It Done' there is a shot of Robin helping Anya up off the ground, but Anya wasn't knocked over during the fight.
Correction: Anya was stil standing.

Final Destination 2 (2003)
Corrected entry: When Kimberly is talking to her Dad outside her house in the first scene, the extra doing yard work in the is raking one minute, clipping hedges the next and then raking again as Kimberly drives away. The time lapses between shots aren't long enough for him to go and get a clippers or rake (neither are visible on the ground or nearby while the other is in use).
Correction: In the first shot, the extra is raking the leaves back and notices a branch of leaves sticking out from the hedge, then drops the rake and bends over, most likely to pick up the hedge clippers. The extra actually continues clipping the hedges, even when Kimberly is driving away.

Urban Legends: Final Cut (2000)
Corrected entry: Unless a lot of people died offscreen, there's no way the Professor killed everyone who worked on Travis' film. Look at the amount of people working on Amy and Toby's films - there would have been more than 8 people who would have recognised the film when the Professor sold it.

Charmed (1998)
Corrected entry: Throughout season 6 Chris continually refers to his memories of the Charmed ones in the future (using the words "the three of you", yet in "Oh My Goddess" he tells Phoebe that if he hadn't come back, Paige would have been killed that day. So how can he have memories of the three of them when Paige died before he was born?
Correction: You've answered your own question: "if he hadn't come back, Paige would have been killed that day." He came back, so she wasn't killed that day, so he has memories of her from the future.

Charmed (1998)
Corrected entry: In later seasons, Phoebe needs to touch things to get a premonition, but throughout season 1 she gets them constantly without touching anything (ie in "Something Wicca This Way Comes", her premonition about the two skateboarders).
Correction: Not true. She was touching her bike which would've run across a point of psychic remenence as Leo said in "Primrose Empath" when Phoebe had the premonition in the room "dripping with psychic remenence"

Urban Legend (1998)
Corrected entry: Sasha says Michelle was listening to her show when she died, but Michelle is actually listening to a tape when she's killed. Unless Brenda stopped to take the tape out (unlikely), this would still have been in when the car was found.
Correction: This isn't an actual mistake: Sasha was repeating some gossip that she heard, and has no bearing on the film itself.

Bring it On (2000)
Corrected entry: We're told at the finals that there are 50 teams, one from every state regional final. But apart from the Clovers (the regional champions) and the Toros (who get a bye for being defending champions), we also see a team with white and blue uniforms with the word SAINTS written on the front in yellow letters competing in both the regionals and the nationals.
Correction: Actually the announcer says there are 50 teams from across the nation. This doesn't necessarily mean one from each state. Therefore, California could have had 3 or even more squads, while other states had none at the finals.

Scream 2 (1997)
Corrected entry: When the officers pick Sydney and Halle up at their dorm, they tell them they're going to a safe house straight away. It can't be more than 5-10 minutes later when the killer catches them (since they're still within a short run of the university campus), and even allowing 20 minutes for the car crash scene and Halle's murder, and another 15 for Sydney to run back to the theatre, it's still barely 45 minutes. In that same time, Derek has been kidnapped, carried to the theatre, stripped and tied to the hanging star, then tortured as the frat guys and sorority girls throw a party around him, which they've also had time to completely clean up (since there's no trace of the party when Sydney gets there). There is no way all of that could have happened in the time frame allowed.
Correction: It's not unrealistic for the frat guys and girls to kidnap Derek, take him to the theater, and tie him up in that amount of time. They could do that in 20 minutes. We also don't see that the kids have a whole party. They just pour beer on Derek.
It's hard to negate that there's something wrong with the timeline of the movie there; Derek's hazing is merely an excuse to get drunk, it's not like they were just tying him up, throwing a bucket of stuff at him and then leave; they were dancing around him and pouring the beer they were themselves drinking. Not only they cleaned everything up (you do see the odd bottle and cup around), but the stage is also completely dry. And 45 minutes is an estimate that is mighty generous too, I'd cut it in half.

Charmed (1998)
Corrected entry: When Prue finds Aviva's diary, she reads a few sentences aloud, about how much she hates lying to the Halliwells, but they don't match the words we see in the shot of the page.
Correction: The words Prue reads aloud are from the bottom half of the page we see in the shot.

Urban Legend (1998)
Corrected entry: How exactly was Brenda going to frame Professor Wexler for the murders? Unless she somehow managed to convince the police that he committed suicide by cutting himself open with an axe then stuffed himself into Paul's trunk, it seems fairly unlikely.
Correction: She probably was going to make out that he fled the campus when he realised he was going to get caught, and would dump the body somewhere he would not be found.

Corrected entry: How exactly does everyone know that Xander cheated on Cordelia? I can't see any of the characters involved being very eager to spread it around.

Clueless (1995)
Corrected entry: When Tai arrives on her first day and Amber laughs at her clothes there are two girls standing to Cher's right laughing. When Cher calls Tai over to her they have disappeared. There is no way they could have walked off without passing in front of Cher, in which case they would have been visible in shot.
Correction: In the shot where Ty is talking to them you can see there is a door where the two girls could have walked out of.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Corrected entry: We're told that Molly and Rona are fighting over who gets to drive since Giles doesn't have a California driver's licence. But since Molly and Rona are only 15 (as stated in "Potential"), neither of them would have drivers licences either. Even if you take the statement of their age to be slightly inaccurate, Molly (who is also from England) wouldn't have any kind of a driver's licence until she was 17, let alone a licence valid in California.
Correction: In the US, one can obtain a Learner's Permit at the age of 14 after passing a written test (The practical test to obtain the actual licence is taken at 16.), allowing one to drive if a licenced driver is in the vehicle. Giles' English licence would be sufficient in this case if they were pulled over.

Angel (1999)
Corrected entry: Angel says at the end that the cyborg version of Wesley's father probably learned all he knew from the files at the Watcher's Council, but in the Buffy episode "Bring On The Night" Giles makes it clear that all the files belonging to the Council were destroyed in the explosion, so where did the cyborgs find out every detail of Wesley's life (back to age 7)? Wesley only started working at Wolfram and Hart a few months after "Bring On The Night", so they wouldn't have known to gather information on him before the Council was blown up, and we know they didn't get it from his real family as, when Wesley talks to them at the end of the episode, it's clear they have no idea what's happened.
Correction: Not all the files belonging to the Watchers Council were destroyed though. Rutherford Circe took a number of them with him when he defected to Wolfram & Hart, so other White Hats could have leaked information to the enemy as well.
