Corrected entry: Jack Sparrow finds out about the curse of the Black Pearl when he's imprisoned, and two crew of the Pearl encounter him. He didn't know what the curse was, or whether it existed until this point. Shortly afterwards, Will Turner reveals his identity to him, in which Jack Sparrow then schemes to use Will to barter him for the Pearl in exchange for providing the crew a way to remove the curse... How is it possible for Jack Sparrow to know that the crew needed Will Turner without knowing about the curse in the first place? (00:42:00)

Corrected entry: When the cats are running away from the milkman, you will see O'Malley pick up Marie as he is running. However, in the next shot, as they enter the shed, Marie is running in front of O'Malley.

Corrected entry: When the cats jump under the train track, the train goes by. Each time it shows them, they are in a different pose. And when they show the cats again, they are back on the track. They couldn't get up there so fast.

Continuity mistake: John M is driving to the Eastern electricity station and chatting. The view out of his window shows him driving past the same distant hill at least three times. Also the speed is faster out of the passenger's side than the driver's.

Corrected entry: The first version of Central Perk's logo, seen from season 1, presents a perspective error on the right top corner of the left cup of coffee. Some seasons later, the logo receives a tiny correction in the same area, that makes the perspective "OK" to the eye. The cup line straightens up, and the steam is brought a little closer to the ribbon containing the name.

In Season 1, Episode 11, Penny rubs VapoRub on Sheldon's chest and a very clear remark about chest hair was made. Season 1 for the show was 4 years ago.

Continuity mistake: At the beginning while John is talking with Winston at the hotel, the sun changes between shots. (00:28:00)

Corrected entry: After John gets his car back in the second scene, he gets chased by a motorcycle. John opens his car door to knock the biker off, and as the bike flips the stunt actor/CGI model totally disappears. (00:09:15)

Corrected entry: Throughout season 1 - 3 the rangers call upon the zords. We then see them all get into their zords. However, when they go for the megazord, we see the saber tooth tiger, Triceratops, Mastodon and T-Rex all combine and form "tank mode." We then see inside the cockpit of the megazord at this stage and all 5 rangers are present. They then switch to battle mode whereby the megazord stands up and the Pterodactyl comes in and joins together creating the shield on the megazord's chest. However, up until the pterodactyl joins the others, Kimberly shouldn't be in the main cockpit as we've seen her in her zord.

Continuity mistake: When Blackadder's plane is shot, we see the bullets hit the side. In the next shot of the plane, not only is the side intact, but fuel is coming out of the bottom.

Other mistake: When we first see the plane that Blackadder and Baldrick are flying, the machine gun on top of it is firing. There are 3 mistakes here. 1) We don't hear the gun fire. Cannot be argued by the plane drowning it out, as we later hear the Red Baron's gun firing. 2) In the next shot, the gun has stopped firing. 3) The fact the gun is firing is ignored by Blackadder and Baldrick. They are too busy on keeping the plane level - the whole flying scene was obviously archive footage of WWI planes flying.

Plan C: Major Star - S4-E3

Visible crew/equipment: During the general's speech about how Blackadder is the person to organise a concert party, look at the entrance to the trench. In one shot you can see a crew member moving a giant cloth. You see mostly the movement, but you can catch a glimpse of the crew member's face. (00:06:50)
