Other mistake: Kaiba activates the spell card Shrink, which halves his monster Vorse Raider's attack points. When the attack point display appears, it begins counting down from 1950 (even though Vorse Raider has 1900), and the attack points lower to 950 (which is 1000 points). Technically, the attack points were right to go down to 950 because Vorse Raider does have 1900 attack points, but the display was wrong to show 1950 attack points. (00:13:10)

In this shot, there is an animation error with Serenity's head. Serenity has her head turned to face Ishizu, but the turned head appears to have been poorly pasted over another version of Serenity's head that is facing directly forwards. (00:04:44)

One fade edit later, the four cards on his duel disk have disappeared. While he said he was going to sacrifice three monsters to summon the Winged Dragon of Ra, he was never shown removing them.
