Revealing mistake: When Ishtar is telling everyone about the premiere of the Egyptian exhibit on the news, a shot of a shipping container behind Lifted is shown on the broadcast. Two of the cables that are shown along the side of the container do not appear to align with the rest of the cable that is shown over the top of the container. Revealing mistake: When Kaiba walks over to the Egyptian tablet that Ishtar is talking about, there is a shot of him walking over to her, but once he reaches her, there is a brief moment of him continuing to walk on the spot, without moving forwards, before turning to face the tablet. Revealing mistake: At the start of the duel, Yugi draws a card from his deck and says, "I draw a card from my deck, now get ready." When he says this, the cards he is holding in his hand appear to be misshapen, as the tops of the cards appear to have curvatures at the corners when they should be rectangle-shaped. (00:15:04)

Revealing mistake: After the hunter draws the second Exodia head card, Yugi says, "I play one card face down" and places one card in the spell/trap card slot on his duel disk. Revealing mistake: When Joey summons Garoozis, Mako says, "Nice try," and activates his face-down card, Torrential Tribute. Right before the face-down card is revealed, the cards he is holding in his hand can be seen, and they are all missing the illustrations. (00:14:12)
Legendary Fisherman: Part 2 - S2-E20
Revealing mistake: Just after Joey's life points go down to 500 and Tea says, "You can do it, this duel isn't over yet, you're one step away from the Battle City finals, Joey," it cuts to a shot of Joey breathing, whilst the shot pans up his body. In the shot, the life point display on his duel disk appears to be vibrating and not holding still. (00:11:52)
Revealing mistake: When Solomon is tending to Mokuba in the hospital, there is a wide shot where he walks over to a sink. The sink is reflected in a mirror on the wall, but the tap appears to be smaller in the reflection compared to the tap shown on the sink. (00:08:41)
Revealing mistake: When Bakura throws away the deck of the duelist he robbed, the front side of one of the cards can be seen, and it is missing the illustrations. (00:06:40)

Revealing mistake: When Yugi is talking with Pharaoh after the duel, in the shot where Yugi says, "Together, we'll figure out the secrets of your ancient past," the Millennium Puzzle appears to be drawn a lot narrower compared to every other time it is shown. (00:16:18)
