Revealing mistake: When Pegasus is looking at Yugi's result stats, in the shot of him saying "Wonderful. I expected no less," the outline of his blazer sleeve can be seen overlapping with the wine glass on the table. (00:03:15)
Revealing mistake: When Ghost Kaiba has summoned Blue Eyes White Dragon to the field, after Mokuba says, "That means what they said, could it be true," there is a shot from behind Yugi where we can see the cards in his hand and on his field appear to be blank and have no illustrations. (00:10:28)

Revealing mistake: When Joey places his Ax Raider card on the duel mat, the card appears to be entirely yellow and missing the illustrations usually shown on the card. (00:15:20)

Revealing mistake: When Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon destroys Rude Kaiser, Kaiba is shown with his left hand clenched. However, he is holding his cards in his left hand, and they do not appear to be affected by his hand being clenched. (00:06:29)
Revealing mistake: When Joey and Tristan are eating, Joey is shown reaching for foods placed in front of him. When he does so, his arm appears to brush against a spoon on the table, but the spoon appears to be unaffected by Joey's arm. (00:01:11)
Revealing mistake: When Tristan finds the rope, it is wrapped around two hooks on a wall. In the shot of Tristan removing the rope from the hooks, there is a minor animation error, where some of the rope loops are drawn in front of the hooks instead of behind them. (00:08:55)

Revealing mistake: When Yugi and Pharaoh have a brief heart-to-heart, it cuts back to the duel field with a shot from behind Yugi saying, "Maybe you're right." At this moment, the cards Yugi is holding are missing the illustrations. (00:05:02)

Revealing mistake: When Pegasus starts applauding, everyone turns to face him. There is a shot focusing on Yugi, with the other main characters standing in the background. Their faces appear to be drawn poorly, having little to no facial features, with only a few small dots for eyes. (00:01:21)

Revealing mistake: When Joey is running back to his room to search for the key card, there is a shot of him running down the hallway, but the background doesn't appear to match his bodily movements. He is shown running at fast speed, with his body positioned in the centre of the frame during the shot, but the background is shown pulling back at a slow speed, even though the background should be pulling back much quicker for it to be consistent with Joey's running. Revealing mistake: After Yugi says, "I think Joey might have found a glitch in those machine monsters," the shot cuts to Joey. On Joey's duel mat, there are three cards that appear to be missing the illustrations. (00:16:22)

Revealing mistake: When Bakura drags Tristan and Mokuba back after almost falling over the edge, the animation for the Millennium Ring he is wearing appears to be incomplete. Specifically, the triangle is missing the eye that is shown on it. (00:17:39)

Revealing mistake: When Solomon puts the water bottle to Hawkins' mouth, Hawkins starts drinking from it. The mouthpiece doesn't actually go inside Hawkins' mouth; it is just lightly pressed against his lips, but he has no difficulty drinking from it. (00:17:57)
Legendary Heroes: Part 1 - S1-E43
Revealing mistake: In the arena, in the wide shots, the spectators are cheering, but none of them are moving. They have their arms raised in the air, but they appear to be completely motionless. (00:18:27)
Dungeon Dice Monsters: Part 1 - S1-E46
Revealing mistake: When Duke Devlin is showing the girls how to play the dice game, he places six dice on the table. In the shot after he says "Showtime," there is a shot above the characters and the dice appear to be drawn in different sizes, instead of all six being the same size. (00:04:26)
Dungeon Dice Monsters: Part 1 - S1-E46
Revealing mistake: On the turn, Devlin summons Gradius. Just after he removes the Gradius card from the cards he is holding, he lowers his left hand. The illustrations are missing from the cards in his left hand when he does this. (00:15:18)
Dungeon Dice Monsters: Part 2 - S1-E47
Revealing mistake: When Devlin is typing into the keyboard, none of the keys are shown moving when he presses them. (00:14:59)
Dungeon Dice Monsters: Part 4 - S1-E49
Revealing mistake: At the start of the episode, whilst Devlin is saying "Nice try, Yugi, but none of your monsters can withstand the force of Orgoth the Relentless," he is shaking three dice in his right hand. Aside from the green and red colouring, the dice are virtually blank. The crests have not been drawn onto them. (00:02:00)
