Continuity mistake: After Yugi rolls the two matching dice (but is unable to summon a monster due to their levels not being the same), Devlin rolls three dice. When the black dice land on the board, it is not touching the pink light. When the shot cuts, part of the black dice is over the pink light. (00:08:42)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi realises his dice only have one summon crest, Devlin says, "Of course, if you had, it'd have been a very strong monster," and puts his right hand over his chin. In the next shot, his hand is away from his chin. (00:06:15)

Continuity mistake: When Devlin rolls the dice on the first turn, in the shot of the three dice landing, the green die lands with an arrow on the facing up side. When it cuts to a close-up of the green die, a star with the number two on it is now on the facing up side. (00:03:38)
