Continuity mistake: As the train is approaching the police road block, we get a shot behind the police cars right before the train hits them. At that point all the policemen are gone. In the next shot, the policemen are back by the police cars. (00:28:30)
Subdivision - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: Season 2, episode 6. While the guys are digging in the garage, Michael tells Sucre about the website they can use, as C-Note walks in. He closes the door behind him, but misses the catch, and you can see the door start to swing open again behind him as he walks further into the room. Cut to Lincoln for a second, then to a wide shot, and the door is now firmly closed.
Revealing mistake: In the final scene you can see Abruzzi in his cell where they have reused shots from series 1 in Fox River.
Factual error: The Indian Embassy guard is wearing a Canadian Forces military hat when in fact he is suppose to wear the Indian Army hat. (00:16:00 - 00:20:00)
Cute Poison - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Veronica is having coffee with Nick, she picks up her cup to take a sip and is holding it around the rim. When the shot changes she is holding it by the handle. (00:29:30)
Continuity mistake: Before being sent to psyche ward, Michael had brutally hurt his right hand by repeatedly punching it at the cement wall of the cell. But moments later,seen in psyche ward after being cleaned up, there's no sign of any hurt on that hand, even no gauze covering at all. We can see his normal good hand.
Visible crew/equipment: After the bus driver has given Lincoln's description to the police, it cuts to Lincoln driving a car. The camera moves closely in to the car and you can see both the camera and a couple of crew members reflected in the window. (00:13:50)
Revealing mistake: When Pope bursts into the infirmary and sees Westmoreland's body, watch the collar of Westmoreland's jacket. You can see it moving up and down as though he's breathing. (00:03:30)
Visible crew/equipment: S03-E12: When Lincoln gets on the boat, it cuts to a shot from behind him, and the camera's shadow is visible on his back. (00:27:10)
Factual error: Linc arrives at the 'Bolshoi Booze' location at 17:45. It is an 8 hour drive from Trinidad Colorado to that location, which is right on the Texas - New Mexico border. That means that they would have had to have left at 09:45 that morning. But they don't appear to have stayed a night at Linc's father's place - and in none of the other plot lines has it been night. They couldn't have covered that ground in the time span of the plot.
Factual error: When the member of Terrance Steadman's security team shoots Veronica Donovan, the wound shown in the front of her head is an exit wound, while the exit wound should have been in the back of her head since she was shot from the front. (00:36:30)
First Down - S2-E4
Continuity mistake: When Abruzzi is shot, he falls backwards and lands with his head pointing towards the wall of the motel. Cut to the FBI agent, then back to Abruzzi, and he is now lying the complete opposite way, with his feet pointing towards the wall. (00:36:30)
English, Fitz or Percy - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: When Michael is supposed to be in Pope's office holding the support for the Taj Mahal so it didn't come unglued, Abruzzi placed the makeshift key in the lock of the door, allowing Michael to escape to get back with the other inmates. When Michael opens the door and it's unlocked, The Key is in the deadbolt. As he shuts the door behind him, The Key is in the lock of the door knob. (00:23:20)
Continuity mistake: When Kellerman orders Hale to give him his weapon, Kellerman pulls out his own weapon with his left hand. In the next shot, his gun is in his right hand, and he then transfers it back to his left. (00:36:45)
Factual error: There is no prison in the United States that does not strictly segregate Death Row prisoners. They are never, ever allowed contact with the general prison population.
Factual error: Michael and Lincoln are seen in the morning at 9 am in Montana (between Great Falls and Helena). Later in the show, the next day at 12.50 am, they are trying to meet with Sarah in Akron Ohio. That is a 33-hour drive from Helena.
Continuity mistake: When Michael is sitting in the park he's staring at the front page of the newspaper. As the camera follows a man in the park you can see that Michael has opened to the midpages, but in the next shot Michael is looking at the front page again, before opening it another time. Rendezvous - S2-E10
Continuity mistake: Season 2, Episode 10 "Rendezvous". When Geary hits Bellic then backpack with money falls. In the next shot, before Geary hits Bellic second time we see that the backpack is standing.
Answer: Don Self actually worked with Whistler before he died. And Whistler with the bird book actually knew where Scylla was.
