Continuity mistake: When speaking to Conrad about taking the internship at NCIS, the clock behind Conrad changes drastically. (00:04:25)

Visible crew/equipment: While Gibbs and Ziva are interviewing the teacher in the classroom at Quantico, in the wide shot facing Ziva as she confirms the number of students, there are two red tape marks on the floor beside the two back legs of her chair. (00:05:20)

Continuity mistake: When we first see Mason he puts his hat on the table by his phone. His hat then disappears from the table only to be replaced by Mason when Gibbs walks in. (00:06:20)

Continuity mistake: When the grandfather is talking to Bibbs and gets the phone call his hands/arms are off the table. As the shot changes to a longer one, his arms are now on the table. (00:08:09)

Continuity mistake: The way Abby holds out the bells for the intern to wear changes depending on the shot. In one shot she has the string over all 4 fingers and in another only over 1. (00:09:20)

Factual error: When McGee tracks Mason's first phonecall, he says the line has been forwarded to a skype number. When he does the IP address shows up on the screen as 212.11.256.192. An IP never goes over 255. (00:11:40)

Other mistake: Tony logs into Abby's email, however he mis-spells her surname on the login details. He spells it Scuito when her name is spelt Sciuto. The I and U are the wrong way round. (00:06:00)

Audio problem: When we first listen to the 911 call, the woman says, "there's no rush" however the audio playback bar is at a point on the screen that shows no spikes in the pitch. (00:06:40)

Continuity mistake: When the bomb timer is discovered, Dempsey is stood next to the bomb as seen on Monitor 1 of the control room. The camera pans across, past monitor 2 and onto Monitor 3 which is still the same room but a different angle. On Monitor 3, Dempsey is now around 3-4ft away from the bomb. (00:14:00)

Continuity mistake: When Gary's wife is talking to Fornell and Gibbs, she either has her hand on the rake handle or lowered depending on the shot. (00:24:30)

Factual error: When Tim is tracing the British agent's mobile phone it shows that the number traced is a British land line number (01632) not a mobile number (starting 07...). The number is also seven digits long, not six as is the format in the UK.

Audio problem: The audio that Tony plays back which features the shooting is completely different to that which we see/hear at the start as the shooter walks into the studio. (00:01:20 - 00:06:30)

Continuity mistake: When Gibbs is talking to the terrorist, his arms goes from crossed on the table to in his lap depending on the shot. (00:25:10)

Revealing mistake: When crossing the street the victim puts her hands on the hood of the car. If you look closely you will see the hood has prints on it from multiple takes. (00:00:15)

Factual error: When we see the military file on screen for the victim, the gender is marked Male despite being a female. (00:05:00)

Broken Arrow - S8-E7

Continuity mistake: At the start, the way Ziva holds her passport differs when McGee asks to have a look at it. Note her middle finger is on the back of the passport and visible at the top in the middle. However, from behind, her hand is not on the back of the passport. (00:01:50)

Factual error: Ziva shows McGee her passport including her passport photo. In the photo she is smiling broadly. Regulations state that a passport photo must be a neutral facial expression. This photo would have been rejected. (00:01:50)
