Continuity mistake: As Mcgee lands the pilot at the end, Ziva is running behind Tony. Camera cuts to a close up and Ziva has disappeared. (00:40:20)

Continuity mistake: When Abby is first seen on the video link, Gibbs can see seen in the feed bending down to talk to Abby. Camera cuts and he is about 6ft away. (00:14:20)

Factual error: The commercial 747 landing in Washington from France is the president's plane Air Force One, not a regular passenger jet. It's actually reused footage from the film Air Force One.

Visible crew/equipment: When Gibbs and MaGee are reviewing Parsons' military record, the boom mic is reflected in the TV screen.

Factual error: In the scene on the plane when Tony is going to inject the Epi-Pen, it shows him placing it against her thigh and pushing the trigger. In actuality, an Epi-pen is automatic and he actually pushed the end that the needle comes out of.

Continuity mistake: When McGee is at the online wedding, a man with a green shirt and blue folder can be seen walking down the steps behind him. The same man can be seen preforming the same action a few seconds later. (00:03:00)
