Continuity mistake: Before Lorelei leaves the diner at the end, there is a dirty coffee mug at the end of Luke's counter, but when she leaves, the mug is gone.
Visible crew/equipment: As Richard and Mitchum have their heated discussion in the bathroom, there is a mic seen through the whole scene in the top right corner that moves as the camera moves.
Richard in Stars Hollow - S2-E12
Other mistake: Paris was looking to find the seedy side of Stars Hollow. Inside of Luke's she hid behind a menu commenting that she wanted to blend in. She then asked Luke if he gets a lot of truckers. We have all seen the exterior of Luke's and the town square. Paris has walked through it. Where, would a big rig possibly fit or park? Paris is extremely intelligent. She would not have asked the question. Doing so was totally out of character.
Continuity mistake: When Lorelai and Luke are talking in bed she is wearing a robe. It goes from on to off her shoulder with each shot.
Welcome to the Dollhouse - S6-E6
Continuity mistake: In this episode, the town voted to change the street names to old timey names. In future episodes, the other names were used. "Peach" was referred to at least twice.
Forgiveness and Stuff - S1-E10
Continuity mistake: When Miss Patty finds Rory and Dean asleep, they are asleep face to face. In a subsequent shot they are lying on their sides, Dean behind her.
Continuity mistake: There is no building next to Luke's in the pilot, but in subsequent episodes there is one, which he buys.
Ted Koppel's Big Night Out - S4-E9
Factual error: Lorelei and Jason go to dinner after the Yale vs Harvard game. When the dinner is a bust, they go to the supermarket. Wine bottles can be seen as they enter the supermarket. Hard liquor and wine are not sold in supermarkets in Connecticut. Up until a few years ago, alcohol could not be purchased on Sunday or after 9 PM.
Continuity mistake: When Lane unpacks the groceries Zack has brought, she takes out the bananas and then the apples, twice in a row.
Continuity mistake: When Lorelai and Christopher are at the inn Georgia is with them at the table in her high chair, but in a few shots the high chair is empty despite the fact that Lorelai supposedly turns to talk to Georgia.
Take the Deviled Eggs... - S3-E6
Continuity mistake: As Lorelai sits in the car talking to Sherry about attending the baby shower, her seatbelt keeps changing from on or off during the entire scene.
Visible crew/equipment: When Loralie walks out of the kitchen with a bowl of popcorn you can see the camera is slightly covered on the left side of the screen. (00:49:53)
Continuity mistake: When Lorelai enters the kitchen and sees Rory cooking the juicer is visible, but in the next shot you see Rory go to the drawer and get it. (00:25:24)

Continuity mistake: April tells Lorelei her dad owns the place and she puts the box of rice down, but when April tells Luke that Lorelei said she wasn't a strangler she puts the box down again.

Visible crew/equipment: When Lorelei calls Taylor and she's on the bed with Paul you can hear someone from the crew snap at the dog to get his attention.
Continuity mistake: When Rory and Paris sit down to eat cereal in the cafeteria, the table has dirty dishes on it, but when they call over the girls, the table is clear.
Continuity mistake: Right before Lorelai goes outside of the Dragonfly to talk to Jason you can see she is standing behind a desk, then later Michel says that he is sick of sitting on the floor and wonders when the desk is coming.
Continuity mistake: While Kirk asks Luke if he is really painting the diner, Luke adds napkins and closes the to-go box twice.
