Revealing mistake: When Woody falls out of the closet wrapped in the string lights he hears Buzz's voice, and in the next shot as Woody sneaks up to Hannah's room we see Sid's open door and doorway, which looks perfectly normal. However, after Woody rescues Buzz from Hannah's tea party they both stop in the hallway, and there's another shot of Sid's open door and doorway, only this time it's not normal to say the least. Five of the six hasps, bolts, and locks that should be (and normally are) screwed into and attached to the inside of Sid's door (one hasp mechanism, third one down from the top, is attached to the door's frame) are now actually kind of floating there in mid-air right beside the doorway, as if there's an invisible door there. Weird that Pixar artists deliberately did this, but it's bizarrely funny to see.

Trivia: When Hamm is flipping through the channels, you can see a portion of 'Luxo Jr', a short film from Pixar, featuring the Pixar Lamp. (00:22:50)

Continuity mistake: After chasing down Sully, the yellow Porsche is totally wrecked on the left side, until Arnie drives it away, and it's fine. Later, when Arnie and Cindy arrive at the hotel, the car is wrecked again. (00:39:50)

Visible crew/equipment: In the "Battle of Carthage" in the Colosseum, one of the chariots is turned over. Once the dust settles you can see a gas cylinder in the back of the chariot. (01:22:55)

Revealing mistake: At the start, while Jo and her parents are inside their storm cellar, Jo's father attempts to hold down the overhead cellar door during the tornado. Then, just as the F5 yanks the cellar door up along with Mr. Thornton, we can see the cable link that is attached between the actor's back and the cellar door, for this stunt. (00:04:20)

Continuity mistake: When Gordon fixes himself the bowl of bran cereal with soy milk and prunes, he places the orange cap back on the soy milk, but when he tries to eat the cereal and spits it out, the soy milk cap is gone (the gallon of regular milk has a pink cap behind the capless soy milk). Then it's back on the bottle, before it's off and back on again.

Visible crew/equipment: At the L.A. Convention Center, just before Castor Troy (as Sean Archer) disarms the bomb, there are a few shots of all the extras evacuating the area. In the interior shot, that looks out through the glass doors onto the street, the tracking crane arm with a seated camera operator and camera on its platform is visible as it shoots an exterior crane shot of all the extras, which was seen among the previous shots.

Timberly Loves Arnold / Eugene, Eugene! - S5-E22

Trivia: In "Timberly Loves Arnold", when Timberly shows Arnold her flower drawing, as Sid says, "Look, it's a flower named Arnold," part of his shirt is invisible in the first frame of the shot. This can only be spotted in slow motion or with pausing, therefore it's under trivia. (00:02:22)

Visible crew/equipment: A boom microphone is reflected in Luke's goggles when he says "Hey, what's the matter? You smell something?"

Revealing mistake: When the 54th Mass. marches past a liberated plantation some black children wave them on. One of them is wearing a digital wristwatch.

Continuity mistake: When Deke picks Larry up at the start of the film, Deke's sun visor is missing. Moments later, it is in place. (00:02:30 - 00:03:20)

Revealing mistake: When Cal steps out of the car just after the beginning of the movie, you can see behind him the back of the Titanic replica still incomplete, with the internal structure totally visible. (00:22:06)

Visible crew/equipment: Just as Jack says, "On deck, you scabrous dogs," to the very left edge of the screen over Jack's shoulder is a grip crew member with a tan cowboy hat, white short sleeve tee shirt and sunglasses, just standing there looking out to sea. (02:12:35)

Continuity mistake: Hooper wears rimless eyeglasses, with the arms either attached at the upper corners of the lenses or at the sides of the lenses. If this didn't happen between shots within the same scenes, it could be presumed that Hooper has two different pairs of glasses and switches between the two, but they do indeed change between shots, such as when Mrs. Kintner slaps Brody, or even later, on the Orca. Other mistake: The car that almost runs Marty over has the vehicle registration plate of 6S 48405. Later on, when Marty is hit by Sam, Sam's car has the same plate. (00:35:49 - 00:42:02)

Continuity mistake: When Tori Spelling is going up the wall having sex with the ghost, as she goes up you can see her hands down by the red headboard clutching it, but in the next shot they are raised above her head, then in the next shot they are down by the headboard again. (00:30:55)

Visible crew/equipment: When David Mann stops off at the reptile lady's place, he enters a phone booth to call the police. When he's inside, you can see a perfect reflection of Spielberg. Look how young he looks.

Trivia: In the scene where Alex approaches the two girls at the record stand you can see the original score for 2001: A Space Odyssey, also directed by Stanley Kubrick.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Pacha and Kuzco are drying off after they fall over the waterfall, the slot for the wearer's head in the center of Pacha's poncho is clearly visible when Kuzco takes it and uses it to dry himself off. Following the shot change between when Kuzco throws it and when it lands on the fire Pacha is trying to light, the poncho becomes just a solid green square towel with no hole for the wearer to put his head through, which is easy to see when Pacha hangs it backup on another tree. Revealing mistake: Qui-Gon's "comlink" is actually a Gillette Sensor Excel woman's razor. Borderline trivia, but it's such a recognisable shape with minimal effort to hide it. (00:50:45)
