Continuity mistake: In "The Owner's Suite series," when Tom Warner is talking to Gray Davis about which drink was his, and which belongs to Mr. Davis, Tom takes the straw out of the glass, blows in it, and lays it on the counter. In the next shot the straw is back in the glass.
Continuity mistake: When Clayton is drawing on the chalkboard his shotgun is leaning against it. After Tarzan takes the chalk and draws all over the chalkboard, the gun has disappeared.

Trivia: When the taxi Jessica and Eddie are in hits the lamppost, she spins around and her dress shifts position. For a couple of frames on the laserdisc version her underwear vanishes, or at least it appears to. Revealing mistake: Just after Dark Magician's attack points go from 2500 to 4500, Yugi says, "Now your monster is the one who's outmatched, Paradox, and not only that, it also happens to be outnumbered as well," to Paradox. Continuity mistake: When Solomon realises he survived the attack, no one else can be seen around him. Then in the next shot, Happy Lover is visible to his right and Baby Dragon is visible in front of him, both of whom should have been visible in the previous shot. (00:15:27)
Visible crew/equipment: After Indy and Henry have escaped from Castle Brunwald, Indy jumps into one of the boats, pulls the motor starter cord and jumps back out, then just as he bends over to release the boat from the piling, right between Indy's legs the black covered arm of a hidden crew member appears from under the tarp taking hold of the throttle, steering the boat away from the pier. Deliberate mistake: As Christine approaches the Phantom in his lair (just after he has abducted her), we see that she is wearing very dark black eye-shadow. Back in the dressing room after coming off stage, as she talks to Raoul, we saw her face in close up and she was not wearing any eye-shadow at all, even though the Phantom leads her through the mirror just after she has managed to slip on a robe over her undergarments and she has not yet changed to go out to supper (Raoul says she is to be ready in 2 minutes). Her hair becomes 'bigger' and wilder, too. The change in her appearance is a reference to her descending (voluntarily, I might add - he didn't drag her through that mirror) into the Phantom's dark existence and to her sexual awakening. Continuity mistake: Before Vanessa Hudgens' stunt double is seen diving into the pool, you can see Vanessa already in the pool swimming towards Ashley Tisdale as she stumbles backwards into the water.
Continuity mistake: At the end level, when the gang are in the arcade, the phantom virus makes one of the videos games grab Fred. Some of the wires are red, but when the wires curl around Freds legs, they are all green.
Full Moon / Student Teacher - S4-E1
Revealing mistake: Student Teacher: When Olga says, "But, nothing, baby sister!" before giving Helga detention, Rhonda and Brainy disappear for one frame. (00:17:17)

Continuity mistake: When Spartan switches seats with Huxley in the police car, the outside shot shows him get into the back seat. When the shot switches to Huxley in the driver's seat, we can see the back and Spartan isn't seen anywhere in the car. (00:42:40)
Continuity mistake: When Pierce's wife is walking in her auto shop they pan down to show her red Louboutin heels, then they cut to her walking in her office, and when they show her shoes again they have a tan sole.
Other mistake: When Veemon, Armadimon and Hawkmon are about to rush in and save Gatomon, a previous frame of Hawkmon's beak stays on-screen. (00:16:15)
