Deadly Misunderstanding - S7-E2
Continuity mistake: When Melissa is reading a magazine at home with her husband, the page count jumps inconsistently between shots, shifting from page 3 to page 50 depending on the angle.
Visible crew/equipment: When Stuntman Mike approaches Kim's car and touches Abernathy's feet, a crew member in a white shirt is reflected on the car's back. (00:59:40)
Continuity mistake: One of Kaiba's security guards tells one of the workers in the tomb to work faster, to which the worker tells the others, "Faster, everyone, work faster," and runs towards them. When this happens, the security guard has a folder raised to his chest, but when the shot cuts, it is lowered away from his chest. (00:02:38)
Revealing mistake: When the shark crashes in the control room and eats Fred, "Fred" is a dummy. His hand moves around in the water in an unnatural manner.
House of the Rising Sun - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: Charlie breaks the beehive with 1 foot in the first shot and 2 feet in the second shot. (00:12:10)
Continuity mistake: When Bond is in Matera, he is wearing a dark tie throughout the sequence. However, when he strangles Cyclops with the clothesline, the tie has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When she hits him in the privates, making him faint, his head is first turned to the right, but then it's turned to the left for the rest of the scene. (01:12:15)
Revealing mistake: During some scenes, straw-stuffed Scarecrow's pant legs and his boots would sometimes have a gap that reveals the skin of Ray Bolger's leg. Two examples are, at Emerald City when Scarecrow places Lion's "cape" on him, and also when Dorothy and her friends are told the Wizard says to go away. (01:05:50 - 01:07:25)
Revealing mistake: When the man's car swerves out of control after MAC lands on his windshield, a pile-up occurs. In this scene, it can be seen that the drivers are either absent, or dummies. (00:11:00)
Trivia: Catherine Zeta Jones, after her fight with Zorro, her dress rips off. She turns around to grab the hat and you can see her nipple for one frame.
Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy III / Squirrel Jokes - S2-E4
Other mistake: Squirrel Jokes: Near the end of SpongeBob's second act, he tells the crowd to give a big hand to Sandy, but to clap slowly, because she's a squirrel. Right as he says, "She's a squirrel," the holes on the bottom left of his face disappear mid-shot, then reappear. (00:20:09)
Continuity mistake: When Lucius enters the arena for the final fight, his armour features a carved angel on the left side and a carving of a woman and boy on the right. The following shot is flipped; the carvings have switched sides.
Revealing mistake: In the opening shot after the title card, Bill and Ben's cylinders are clipping through their buffers, as are Stanley's wheels through the tracks.
Continuity mistake: When Tori Spelling is lying in bed and the ghost pulls the sheet back and sees her ugly feet she doesn't have any socks on. As the ghost starts to have sex with her she has socks on. (00:30:30)
