Revealing mistake: When Bond escapes the Swiss bank through the window with the very large suitcase supposedly full of money (paper), he swings it around like it's empty (which it probably was).

The International (2009)

Factual error: Even if the bullets were full metal jackets, the passing through Calvini's head and then the wooden column would deform them so the exit hole would be larger than the entry hole.

The International (2009)

Continuity mistake: When Skaressen's meeting at the mosque started, we heard prayer calls from the mosque in the background. Right before Sallinger shoots Skarssen, we hear prayer calls again. They do not come that often.

The International (2009)

Continuity mistake: When we see Calvini get shot the second time, the bullet holes in the column behind him do not match the bullet holes when Sallinger examines them.

The International (2009)

Factual error: There is not such a large souq (Arabic market area) in close walking distance to the Blue Mosque of Istanbul.

Continuity mistake: During the shoot-out at the Guggenheim, each of the assailants is using so many bullets that they would have needed huge bags to carry all the magazines.

The International (2009)

Continuity mistake: When we see Calvini get shot, the bullet holes in the column are almost right behind his head, at head height above the floor. But when Sallinger examines the bullet holes in the column, they are just above the floor.

The International (2009)

Factual error: If the two snipers were placed in the same building right on top of each other, and as far away from the target as we see, the difference in the angle of the two bullet trajectories would be very small. The difference shown by the plastic sticks would - at that long distance - mean a huge difference in height.

Angels & Demons (2009)

Deliberate mistake: A branding iron loses its bright orange glow relatively fast when it's out of the fire. When the police enters the room it is still very bright orange even though it has been on the floor for some time.

Continuity mistake: When Bond and Domino jump into the water from Palmyra, the Arabs are shooting at them with rifles from the wall. The submarine starts shooting at the top of the wall. But in the second shot of the submarine it is very far in the background - shooting at a point in the wall which is very very far from where Bond and Domino are in the water.

Audio problem: In the tango-scene the music doesn't match the moves. And since Bond is an excellent dancer, he wouldn't make such a mistake. (01:17:30)

Jacob La Cour

Factual error: In the opening scene, Bond throws a stun grenade into the room with the guards. It hits the chess board. But the chess board is on a table in the middle of the room. There is no way Bond could throw it from upstairs, through the window and have it hit the top of the table in the middle of the room. Not even if the grenade could jump. (00:03:10)

Revealing mistake: In the shot of the US submarine from below, the waves above move too fast and it is clear that they are little ripples on the water above a small model boat.

Licence to Kill (1989)

Factual error: A shotgun cannot make such a large hole in a wooden wall as it does in the bar where Bond meets Pam. A slug would make a single smaller hole, and pellets would make several small holes.

Licence to Kill (1989)

Continuity mistake: The fire in the lab is started by Bond throwing a glass of burning gasoline on a table. A few seconds later, we see that it is burning in two separate places in the room. How did it jump? In the clip where Bond is placed on the conveyor, we see a small fire on the floor of the lab, but nowhere else. Nevertheless, we hear an explosion and see black smoke on the outside. That fire spreads unrealistically fast.

Licence to Kill (1989)

Audio problem: When Bond captures the seaplane with the money, he knocks out the pilot and throws him out. We can see that his body is limp when he falls from the plane. Nevertheless there is an 'aaaarrrrgghh' sound, as he falls. If he was awake, he would not have been as limp as we see - and in that event it is then clear it is a dummy being thrown from the plane.

Licence to Kill (1989)

Factual error: At the casino in Isthmus City, Bond is asked to cut the deck. He does that physically - splitting the deck in two. No casino in the world allows the players to touch the cards. The cut is made by inserting a plastic card in the relevant place.

Licence to Kill (1989)

Audio problem: When Bond takes the 'belt' off his tux, in order to get the concealed rope, there is a scratching sound, as velcro ripping. But the belt is not closed with velcro. We can see metal clamps when the belt lies on the ground and Bond removes the rope.

Octopussy (1983)

Plot hole: Bond would not have had (nor taken himself) time to lay a complete and careful clown make-up while changing clothes in the circus trailer.
