Continuity mistake: After the car chase, when Nyah sits in Etahn's lap, the sun is on the left side of her face (and from the back right on Ethan). In the next clip Nyah's face is in shadow and the sun is from the front left on Ethan's face.

Continuity mistake: In the first car chase, in the clip right after Nyah says '. you gotta catch me', you see the double yellow lines on the road. But in previous clips, and on the clip right after, the lines on the road are white. The clip with yellow lines are from another stretch of road.

Audio problem: When Luther walks from the helicopter he steps in some sheep droppings. His last step (but not the second to last.) makes a slushy sound. But sheep droppings are too dry to make such a sound.

Continuity mistake: During O-Ren's speech the blood on her forehead changes between shots.

Continuity mistake: The Bride's face gets beaten up with visible marks during the fight with O-Ren's last female fighter. But after the fight her face is back to how it looked before the fight.

Continuity mistake: When Bogomil was running out at Dent's oil fields it was a dry and dusty day. He stopped and picked up some of the dirt - and it was very loose. But there is wet mud on his sneakers. Furthermore with the amount of mud left underneath he would have had to have gotten into a car immediately and driven home - not run - otherwise it would have fallen off. There is so much mud that he couldn't have walked many steps without it falling off.

Continuity mistake: During the fight on the train, the white antenna is shot to pieces (one of the corners is totally gone) but in the next clip it is less damaged.

Continuity mistake: In the fight on the train scene, the train goes at very different speeds in the various shots.

Factual error: When Kelly falls from the train he falls straight down - compared to the bridge pillars. But since he falls out of a moving train, he would have had some forward speed too.

Continuity mistake: The ski jump in Cortina d'Ampezzo is in the bottom of the valley, which can also be seen in the overhead shot from the top of the ski jump. But nevertheless, Bond has a long ski ride down from the bottom of the jump. And in several shots during the chase, it is clear that he is much higher in the mountains than below the city.

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene with the helicopter, when we first see Blofeld there is a tall wall to the front left of him. But when we see him in the overhead shot and when Bond flies close by him, there is no such wall.

Continuity mistake: When Bond and the countess start walking on the beach (and we see some divers jump in the water from a Zodiac) the water is totally calm. Not a wave in sight. But when Locke comes in the dune buggy, and we see an overhead shot, there are quite large waves.

Continuity mistake: When Melina's car is hit by the machine gun, we see a close-up of the back end of the car, including the 2CV6 sign. Later in the car chase there suddenly is a Spanish national sticker (E) to the left of the 2CV6 sign. The bullet holes are different as well.

Visible crew/equipment: In the first seconds of the car chase, when Melina's car drives off, a reflection of crew and equipment can be seen in the car's windows.

Continuity mistake: At the restaurant, when Colombo rewinds the tape in the lamp it passes over 2-3 sentences and then he plays the tape starting with the sentence 'But I must warn you.' But after that Bond and Kristatos exchanged 18 sentences, which lasts for approximately a minute before the lamp is removed from the table. Colombo did not rewind the tape that far.

Continuity mistake: The angle from which the sunlight shines on Blofeld (and his cat) changes a lot during the helicopter sequence.
