Die Another Day (2002)

Audio problem: During the sword fight when the saber hits the floor it makes a metal-to-stone sound. However the floor is carpeted.

Die Another Day (2002)

Audio problem: When - during the sword fight - the sabre is thrown to the wall, it makes a high frequency sound - like a knife or an arrow. The sound of a sabre would be much lower frequency.

Die Another Day (2002)

Continuity mistake: When Bond goes over the ice cliff into the sea he surfs a wide stretch of sea, flies up onto an ice edge on the other side, catches a guy on a snowmobile and is suddenly back at the ice palace - which should by then be far behind him.

Die Another Day (2002)

Revealing mistake: In the scene inside the melting palace Bond smashes the wind screen and saves Jinx. While he's driving around water is pouring down, however no water comes into the car and Bond's face is totally dry.

Die Another Day mistake picture

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Bond and Jinx cuts the fence to get onto the plane it is totally black night. But when the plane takes off it is broad daylight. (01:45:00)

Die Another Day (2002)

Die Another Day mistake picture

Continuity mistake: When Bond jumps down from the truck after being captured, he is handcuffed (or has his hands tied). However, when he lands, he's holding a guard in each hand - for stability - but in the next scene, during the General's speech, he's tied again. (00:17:35)

Thunderball (1965)

Revealing mistake: In the cave where the A-bombs are kept, you can see that it is not totally submerged. You can see reflections from the water surface.

Kingdom of Heaven (2005)

Factual error: In 1184 Golgotha wasn't a barren hill outside the city walls (where Balian goes to reflect in solitude). It was in the middle of the city and there was (and still is) a church on the site.

Kingdom of Heaven (2005)

Factual error: Jerusalem isn't situated in a dry barren desert as it is in the movie. The view East from the walls of Jerusalem is toward the Garden of Gethsemane and the Mount of Olives (from where Saladin attacked on 20 September 1187).

Kingdom of Heaven (2005)

Factual error: It is mentioned that Saladin has crossed the Jordan River and is on his way to Jerusalem. Balian then rides to Kerak to defend the city. But Kerak is situated East of the Jordan River and South of where it runs into the Dead Sea, so Saladin would reach Kerak long before he crossed the Jordan River.

Continuity mistake: When the three leads leave the rest area in the mobile home to go find Cate's father, it's about 3.30pm (we hear reference to 6.18 pm and it's in 2 hours 53 minutes). After the conversation where T101 tells that he killed John, you see the car from the outside. You can see on the shadows that the sun is so low, it must be very close to sunset. Shortly afterwards, during the next conversation, it is bright daylight again and it stays so during the rest of the outdoors scenes. (01:08:20)

Continuity mistake: When the T-850 walks around at the gas station, shopping, he fills up the shopping basket, and one of the bags of chips can't fit in the basket. However in the next clip, the basket is half empty and there is plenty of room for the two boxes of candy he grabs at the counter. (00:41:00)

Virtuosity (1995)

Continuity mistake: During the count down of the bomb, the clock would have reached zero several times. You hear clicks from the clock, and there are far more, than there are seconds left.

Plot hole: When Sid shoots the TV-show host, the number of viewers doubles in two seconds. How would all those people find out so fast and switch channels?

Virtuosity (1995)

Revealing mistake: In the scene where Sid has had his hand blown to pieces, and he is running, you can see that that arm is longer than the other, that the damaged hand has been attached to Russel's arm.

Virtuosity (1995)

Continuity mistake: Right after Sid comes to life he cuts his finger off. When you see the actual cut, it is just the tip of the finger, but when you see his hand afterwards, it is more than half the finger that is missing.

Continuity mistake: When the burning tanker truck is blocking the road, you see cars moving away behind it. But since it blocks the road completely there couldn't be cars on the other side.

Factual error: When the ships go around Cape Horn you see it in the distance. But the rock you see is not Cape Horn. Cape Horn is a 400 metre high rock face. (00:47:25)

Character mistake: When Jack arrives in New York he's right next to the Statue of Liberty. However when he reaches the library he comes from the East River and walks west. That is a pretty big detour around the southeastern corner of Manhattan, instead of taking the direct route. (01:47:00 - 01:48:20)

Upvote valid corrections to help move entries into the corrections section.

Suggested correction: Easier to walk in an open area and have a short distance walking between buildings rather than walking through the city where the terrain may not be the best even with the snow/ice.
