Other mistake: The puffy small burst explosions that occur within the cave do not exhibit how napalm would detonate, especially with the amount used, method they are detonating it and sheer scale of what they were looking to accomplish by destroying the alien habitat.

Deliberate mistake: The energy the meteor would displace upon impact would have created a crater of significant size compared to what was portrayed. It also didn't appear to have any impact to the structure of the cavern it crashed into either.

Plot hole: Because humans have a layer of subcutaneous fat under the skin, the bug that travels under Harry's skin would have caused not only significant damage but an amazing amount of pain while moving around. There would have also been severe internal damage caused by the bug if it traveled into his colon where they ended up removing it from.

Continuity mistake: During the scene when the "blob" has an arm that crashes down on top of a house, we see in the very next aerial shot that it is isolated in the desert away from any homes.

Continuity mistake: During the 'Stomp the Yard' scene between the Persians and Spartans, the head Persian has a scarf around his face when he dances (because it isn't him) but it's nowhere to be seen during closeup shots.

Deliberate mistake: In the Search for the Stars contest, at the end of the song their mouths have stopped singing as they go to bow but you continue to keep hearing them apparently sing a few seconds longer as it fades out. This is a joke referring to the original Brady Bunch episode where the kids sing the song on live television and the song similarly fades out after they've stopped singing.

Continuity mistake: When the family comes back home after Jan ran away, she has 2 rollers on the sides of her head. Throughout the scene, the height of the one on the right varies from high up near her hairline to midway down just above her eyebrow.

Continuity mistake: During the scene in which Marsha is going on a date after her football injury, the amount her nose is swollen and bruising varies between noticeable to almost non-existent throughout all the scenes that occur the night of the dance. (00:44:15 - 00:45:15)

Revealing mistake: During the scene where Mr. Dittmeyer is standing in front of the 9 TVs, you can see that the middle 3 people (Mike, Carol and Alice) are all taken from the same camera/angle as they all have the same background. As such that would then mean they were recordings being played back vs. being live shots as beginning of the musical number portrays.

Revealing mistake: When the family heads to Sears and are first playing with the cameras, Jan's show that her movements in her camera are slightly different and not the lag factor of the image being displayed on the TV.

Revealing mistake: In the scene where Bruce is in the helicopter hearing about the other "hulk", the camera is the only thing being moved around to simulate a shaky helicopter ride. The equipment nor any of the actors inside the copter are moving around or stabilizing themselves according to how bumpy the camera movements are making it out to be.

Revealing mistake: The clarity of the water in the Arctic scenes would not allow anyone to see the underground base from as far away as it was seen throughout various points in the movie. (01:14:45)

Revealing mistake: During the four-year flashback scene in East Africa, after the building is bombed, two helicopters fly to the right of the building. However, because they are CGI, the telltale whirl (or any movement) the blades should have made in the smoke isn't there. (00:50:10)
