Continuity mistake: When Cindy and Bobby are talking in the school cafeteria after he gets out from jail, the students in the background keep disappearing as they go off camera from shot to shot when they should be seen walking away behind the characters.

Continuity mistake: In the scene when Cindy comes out of the school where the jumper is on the roof, its very sunny just a few feet beyond the door. However in the shots where Cindy is facing the school and when she screams "What are you waiting for" - the area is now completely shaded.

Audio problem: When Mahoney and Lt Harris are driving in the car on the dirt road and Harris tells Mahoney to run behind the car, all of the conversation up until that point is done with neither character moving their mouths.

Plot hole: Given the number of possible combinations the launch code could be (over 3600 trillion possibilities) it makes no sense that W.O.P.R cannot process that significantly quicker given how easily it's able to calculate thousands of ICBM impacts, damage inflicted, casualties, etc. for each "War Scenario" at the end as quickly as it does to determine a winner.

Plot hole: Having a launch code that is visible to anyone who passes the control terminal does not make any sense especially given the power behind what that code does (launching of nuclear warheads).

Revealing mistake: When Agent Jay is in the yellow tent with Serleena's tiny ship, the view back at HQ shows a shot from a distance behind the ship of Jay holding the communicator he's supposed to be transmitting the video from.

Continuity mistake: When Devlin goes to open the hatch manually, all the hatchery pods are closed and green in color. However right before that scene we saw the pods were open and were yellow in color.

Other mistake: When Hans Zarkov is having his mind scanned we see tons of images flash by. The one for "Space scientist fired" is several paragraphs long but only the first one was about Hans. The rest is about a leash law in Wellesley, MA.

Continuity mistake: Del Blaine's dress changes throughout the dinner scene at the end from dark blue to black when dancing with Jimmy and back to dark blue again.

Visible crew/equipment: When Clark Devlin first puts the tuxedo on, he tests it out by doing some acrobatic moves. Even without slow motion, you can see its not the actor but some younger gymnast doing the moves.

Continuity mistake: The hand of the possessed girl calling her father (the Devil) through the large mirror varies between being a normal hand with minimal makeup to closeup shots with it heavily laden with makeup and thick fingers.

Revealing mistake: When the group is first leaving shore in the boat in the acid lake with the cabin behind them on fire, the angle of the river behind them compared to the shore line doesn't match and moves independently showing how they matted the two different scenes together.

Continuity mistake: When Skeeter runs into Jill at the beach, we see a woman behind her to the right kneeling by an orange bike. When the shot changes to looking down the path, the woman and the bike are gone.

Continuity mistake: When Skeeter shows up for the Luau party, the black sports car parked front of his truck moves back a few feet- from the overhead shot to the shot taken at ground level behind the truck.

Continuity mistake: When Skeeter does the 180 in his pickup to save Violet from paparazzi, the wave of water is seen drenching everyone on the sidewalk. However when we see Violet in the next shot, she's completely dry.

Revealing mistake: When Buddy is in the mailroom dancing on the table, you can see the sides of his pants flare out around the hips to see the outline of the harness used when he's low to the ground during some of the dance moves.

Other mistake: When Det. Kimble comes out of the school on the stretcher, we see all his class gathered by his side yet still next to the school. Standard FEMA operating procedures (and common sense) would have had the kids far away from the school and not standing near the entrance emergency workers are actively using to get the fire under control.

Continuity mistake: When Det. Kimble opens the door in the school to see the two kids making out, we see the hallway behind him is clear of smoke. However, in the next shot the hallway is now full of smoke again.

Continuity mistake: When NORAD is waiting for the bombs to initially hit the bases, the animation of the inbound nukes is replayed multiple times showing the same approach towards Loring AFB.

Other mistake: When the police drop their weapons to chase after the screaming woman who just took the concentrated love potion, you can see the machine guns have no magazine clips in them.
