Continuity mistake: The box of chocolate in front of Scotty keeps moves closer and farther away from him from shot to shot.

Revealing mistake: When Harry trips on the fan string throwing feathers all over him, the fan sound is heard running but there's no air blowing at him as the feathers are falling around him undisturbed. A few shots later, we see the fan on and blowing feathers around the room which is what it should have been doing.

Continuity mistake: When we first arrive at the club in 1975, the 3 women are singing on stage. The woman's mic stand on the right has the wires all neatly hidden however when we have the shot from behind the stage the wire on her mic he hanging off freely to the side.

Revealing mistake: When Harry is lying on the bed at the end - you can see he's not wearing a bullet proof vest as the extra bulk they cause is not visible on his torso. However once he's shot, the bulk is visible under his shirt for the remainder of the scene.

Revealing mistake: When Kevin lands in the treehouse, he's at the back with his feet through the wall. Given where the rope is tied to the tree, he would have hit into the tree or the door frame of the treehouse, not at the back wall.

Factual error: Aside from the lack of an Air Force base in NJ that looks anything like the one portrayed in the film, there are no mountains anywhere closely resembling the ones seen in the distance by the base.

Continuity mistake: When they are behind the Hollywood sign in the beginning of the movie, Number 2's Starbucks cup logo on the holder keeps facing different directions from shot to shot even though he's not touching it.

Revealing mistake: When Austin is looking at the 3 sailors who were to guard his father, there is only 1 golden source of light seen reflected in his glasses, not 3 as there should be.

Trivia: Since the mansion used in the movie belongs to Monmouth University, the pool that's in the basement had to be uncovered and converted back as it was and still is being used for administrative offices for the school.

Factual error: All NJ local police cars follow state law by having valid license plates on the front and back of the car. Only in NYC do they have plates like the one shown at the end: on the front of the car is an all white plate with blue lettering and the four-digit car number.

Revealing mistake: When Farva goes to type in the license plate of the cop car, "TC150," he doesn't type the plate number into the computer but rather a few keys along the bottom row instead.

Trivia: In order to make the mansion suitable for filming, a number of the glass doors from interior archways between rooms (like the front entrance, the dining room and great room) were removed.
