Continuity mistake: When they throw the Neosporin on the window it lands approximately two feet in from the right edge in the shots taken directly from in front of the store. In the in between shot that's taken from an angle, the blob is now right next to the frame of the window above the "Closed" sign instead.

Other mistake: Due to the gait of the T-Rex, its head moves rather significantly when it walks as seen throughout the movie. However when it approaches Dr. Marshall with the laser in its teeth, the laser is steady and able to pinpoint a line up his head in a very steady manner which would not have been possible.

Continuity mistake: When Barbara is standing on the cliff, we see that is is cloudy and foggy all around her. When she looks down to jump, it is sunny along the bottom of the cliff. However after she looks up, it's cloudy and foggy again for the rest of the scene.
