Visible crew/equipment: In the breakfast scene when Robbie's milk glass spontaneously shatters from the bottom. Watch closely, you can see a string coming out of his cereal bowl and attaching to the bottom of his glass. Robbie just needs to give the glass a little tug, and splash.

Visible crew/equipment: Near the end of the film, when she lands behind the stairs. If you look in the right hand corner, underneath the stairs, you can see tennis shoes running by.

Visible crew/equipment: After Robbie's glass breaks, Dana leaves through the left side while Diane says she'll clean up. Watch the painting behind her and you'll see the moving shadow of a crew member in front of her.

Visible crew/equipment: When Diane and Steve go to their neighbor's house after the scene of the chair sliding across the floor, there's a flash of lightning that reveals a shadow of a fan that's blowing on the actors on the left side of the house.

Visible crew/equipment: Near the end when Diane is reaching for the kids and trying to get them out to the hallway, a film light is blatantly visible behind her. Also during the same scene the shadow of a fan can be seen in the hallway.

Visible crew/equipment: Near the end of the film in Carol Anne's bedroom, after the medium calls "Give me your hand" the edge of a giant fan is visible on the extreme right of the picture. (Maybe widescreen version only).

Continuity mistake: When Carol Anne is being sucked into the closet vortex she clearly lets go of the white wicker headboard of her bed. In the next shot, the child (actually a dummy or a stunt double) is seen sailing into the closet, grasping a sizeable section of the now broken headboard.
