Revealing mistake: When the bear gets shot in the hind quarters, you can see that the "bare skin" is nothing more than an overlaid prop based on how it shakes and moves independent of the bear as the bear runs away.

Scream (1996)

Factual error: At the end when they are loading Dewey into the ambulance on the stretcher, it is standard procedure to put the patient neck brace when they receive any type of unknown injuries (stab wounds) to their back as Dewey did - it was notably absent.

Scream (1996)

Plot hole: Given the magnitude of the crimes that occur at the house at the end, the police can be seen in the last shot dusting Dewey's truck. If the police are so careful as to dust for prints when the entire rest of the crime scene is heavily contaminated by everyone from the EMTs, Gale doing her news, police, etc. makes what they are doing seem silly. Deuce Bigalow (1999)

Revealing mistake: When Kate is using the chisel on Deuce's head, you can see it's made of rubber as it bends as she is hammering it and stops when he turns around.

Plot hole: The super warriors that are given the venom are supposed to be fearless and without self preservation. However, during the scene in the Sahara base when they are helping to get the warheads back from the Joes, one of those men screams out in fear as he falls down the shaft, which makes no sense as the one guy did not scream in frustration when he was bitten earlier by the deadly snake and knew he would die. Blankman (1994)

Factual error: When Blankman is riding on the train tracks with his custom mobile, the computer screen shows a straight track when they are actually on a curve.

Blankman (1994)

Continuity mistake: After the Grandmother dies and Blankman is walking home with his brother, we see a car pass with a wheel lock on the front driver's side tire. When we see it again a few shots later, it's now on the passenger tire.

Continuity mistake: During the pool scene there is a faraway shot of the area showing the three moons in the sky. However during the rest of the scene, we see similar angles and shots of the sky and the moons are nowhere to be seen.

Continuity mistake: When the mosquito is sucking on Dr. Marshall's neck, it keeps changing positions from higher up on his shoulder to more towards the front between shots. This is clear by watching the legs of the bug going from in front of his shoulder to being over the strap even when his head isn't moving.

Blankman (1994)

Revealing mistake: When Blankman is using his homemade grappling hook, you can see that the string is attached to the top of the invention and turning the handle isn't doing anything as he's simply being lowered.

Scream 3 (2000)

Continuity mistake: When Jennifer is in behind the mirrors, we see that she was by the 3rd mirror from the end when the killer stabs her. However Dewey had already shot that glass out and only 2 were remaining out of the 6. (01:24:50)

Brothers (2009)

Continuity mistake: When the butterfly clips are put onto Tommy's head after the fight, the amount of blood on them through the following scenes that night and the next day varies from bloody, to clean, to bloody again, over and over again.

Scream 3 (2000)

Continuity mistake: The knife that was thrown at Dewey left the killers hand with blood all over the blade, but was perfectly clean when the butt of it hit his head to knock him out at the top of the stairs. (01:26:55)

Suggested correction: Watch in slo-motion the sequence when he gets hit and you'll see the blade is bloody even during that. He then pulls out of his sleeve (literally!) a clean knife, but it's not supposed to be the original one, since he never retrieved it.

Sammo

Sammo is 100% correct. It goes by quick, but there's definitely a bit of blood on the knife still. If you look up "Scream 3 - Headshot Knife Throw" on YouTube, you can actually see the blood on the knife even at normal speed.

The Hangover (2009)

Continuity mistake: A different "Carlos" baby can be seen during the apartment scene, in which the baby the guys bring to the apartment is different than the baby used during the breastfeeding shot. The two babies have different face and eye shapes.

Anaconda (1997)

Other mistake: After they blow up the dam blocking their passage, there is a far away shot as they are going up river and there's a grassy landmass that goes across the river blocking their route up river.

Continuity mistake: During the scene when they are trying to bring Mr. Leniog into the rear of the door we hear them trying to open the door from the inside, shaking it rather violently. From the outside shots we hear the door rattling but it's not moving at all like it is from the inside shots.

Shallow Hal (2001)

Audio problem: When Hal is talking to Katrina, after he's been de-hypnotized, in the over-the-shoulder shot of him facing her, we hear him talking but his mouth doesn't start moving until he turns to look away from her.
