Continuity mistake: In the beginning when the Kodak photo booth is thrown from the bridge, its moving away from the bridge - not under it. The next shot the booth changed directions as it goes under and comes out the other side of the bridge.

Revealing mistake: When Carl and Allison are hugging in the barn scene, you can see how the rain making equipment is forming a rain ring on the ground outside the barn door.

Continuity mistake: In the scene when Holly removes Chaka's hand from her chest after learning his name, up close it's his left hand and in the next shot she's removing his right hand.

Continuity mistake: When Grumpy jumps the chasm to chase Dr. Marshall, there's a large green bulbous plant that moves from the side Grumpy jumped from to the one he lands on. It wasn't there before.

Continuity mistake: When Alice and Sam are driving away from the party in Bumblebee after she gets squirted with "fluid", we see that they are driving down a city block. Each subsequent shot out the side windows from inside the car show distant blurry lights - not buildings we should be seeing.

Visible crew/equipment: At the end scene, you can see a few crew members standing in the reflection of Enick's eyes and its not any of the actors as he is facing the wrong direction for it to be them.

Continuity mistake: After Holly takes the photo of Will with the T-Rex approaching behind him, in the next shot the dinosaur is a lot further behind as you see them running away from it.

Deliberate mistake: When the investigators are in the basement wine cellar, they turn on their flashlights to illuminate the pitch black area as they walk around. However there is a light source moving with the camera shining on them as they are casting a shadow behind them.

Continuity mistake: When the Jeep stops in Priceton, we can see its on a single land road. However once it starts to accelerate in the next shot to ram the tree at the intersection, it is now a forked road.

Character mistake: At the end of the movie when the play is just starting, one of the parents in the front of the audience is holding up a Motorola Razr phone to take pictures but is facing it the wrong way.

Coup de Grace - S10-E4

Other mistake: Season 10, episode 4 "Coup de Grace": When Nick is doing the phenolphthalein test on the q-tip, it turns pink immediately and starts to overflow pink coloring all the way down the side of the stick, which is not how that test works. Normally it takes a few seconds and only turns color around where the blood is.

Continuity mistake: Season 10, episode 3 "Working Stiffs": The picture of the employees holding a sign at work with the X's through them at Paulie's house changes between two completely different photos when far away vs. up close.

Continuity mistake: When Ronnie is handing his wife Jessica the credit card to go shopping, it's a Gold Amex card as the blue logo is visible on the back. When the shot changes to Jessica taking the card, it's now silver in color and not an Amex card.

Visible crew/equipment: When the Department of Homeland Security vehicle is pulling up outside the airplane hanger, to detain Harold & Kumar from the airplane, you can see the crew and lighting equipment reflected in the door as it opens.
