Continuity mistake: The Scorpion gets bigger here, his eyes turn yellow, he gets fangs, his skin becomes sickly looking, and his fingertips resemble claws. Yet later on in later episodes he's missing all of that.

Continuity mistake: Doc Ock is supposedly from Spider-Man 2 yet here he's gained a sweatshirt or turtleneck whereas in that movie he didn't have one. It's made clear he was pulled from his timeline just before his death, so he should be wearing the same thing.

Continuity mistake: The Witch Doctor seems to be wearing just his robe and mask. When he's unmasked as Mr Simms suddenly we can see hints of his suit jacket sleeves sticking out.
