Corrected entry: Sarris' lieutenant Lathe is in two places at once during the siege of the Protector. He is seen in the atmosphere control room when the rock monster is beamed in and presumably dies later. A few moments later, he is on board Sarris' ship informing him that the crew has escaped custody.

Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol (2011)
Corrected entry: When Ethan meets the Secretary in the car, he tells him that Hendricks was seen leaving the Kremlin with the nuclear launch device and deduces that he is Cobalt. The Secretary then gives Ethan the flash drive containing his mission, which Ethan reads on the train. Ethan then tells the rest of the team that - according to the mission - IMF believes that Hendricks is Cobalt and was seen leaving the Kremlin with the launch device - hence why he needs to buy the launch codes from Moreau. How could IMF have known about this information to put it on the drive, given that Ethan just told the Secretary in the car?
Correction: Ethan asks Brandt to identify the man he saw (Hendricks). Brandt explains that he is a nuclear physicist with extreme views ("he's crazy). Ethan then refers to him as "Cobalt." IMF always knew, or at least suspected, that Hendricks was Cobalt. Ethan simply confirmed that he was the man in the Kremlin.

National Treasure (2004)
Corrected entry: When Riley writes "S,S,A,N,D" on the paper, the kid points out how odd his N's are. But when he looks over the whole message, there are two normally written N's.
Correction: The kid points out just the one letter "N", not any of the other "N"'s. It's just the one "N" that's unusual.
And he might be making just one N different in case someone finds the paper. "It's a cipher"

Correction: No it doesn't. It was always a giant round door when they first walked in.

The Algae's Always Greener / Sponge Guard On Duty - S3-E7
Corrected entry: When Plankton realizes he's in the Krusty Krab, the green fish walks past the window twice.
Correction: He only appears twice because the angle changes. When "Mr. Plankton" is looking out the window he's looking over to his far right when the green fish passes. Then the angle changes so we see straight out the window, which is to the left of the previous angle, so we see the green fish walking still.

Corrected entry: The mechanism that shoots the Gobstoppers into the pool is not connected to the pool. It's almost as if the mechanism is just floating there.
Correction: In subsequent shots, you can see that the mechanism is connected to the black ceiling of the Inventing Room.

Fringe (2008)
Corrected entry: The girl with pyrokinesis is named Nancy Lewis, as shown in "The Road Not Taken". However, in "Over There", she is referred to as Sally Clark. Even though it's a different actress playing her, it's obviously the same character, as there is no one else with that power and there is no S. Clark on the height chart in Jacksonville.
Correction: The two are obviously different characters. Nancy Lewis and Susan Pratt (formerly Lewis) are identical pyrokinetic twins with curly red hair. Sally Clark isn't even somewhat similar looking to the two as she is shorter and has straight blonde hair, and no one references meeting her before. Broyles and Nina were secretly tracking down subjects on their own, and Sally is probably one of them. Simon Phillips from season 3 wasn't on the chart either and was said to be from the Wooster trials, as they said in "Ability" that Jacksonville wasn't the only place where Cortexiphan was tested, so the same is likely true of Sally. The three of them just all happen to be pyrokinetic.

The Incredibles (2004)
Corrected entry: In the dinner scene, when Dash is running around the room smacking Violet on the back of the head, there are two water jugs that are there in closeups of Vi, but disappear in shots of Dash running.
Correction: If you're referring to the tall silver and short green dishes behind Vi, both are visible when Dash is running around. If you're referring to the two vases above, those are also visible. There are no changes between close up and wide shots.

H2O (2006)
Corrected entry: When Cleo sprays Zane with the fire hydrant, she unscrews the hydrant's cap. She shouldn't be able to do this because she controls water, not objects.
Correction: Even though she only moves water there is water inside it so she is able to control anything that had to do with water. Just like in the episode where Charlotte gets her powers and shows them she didn't only move the water, at first she moves the vase then the flowers start to move, then she moves the water.

National Treasure (2004)
Corrected entry: Ben had digital scans of the Silence Dogood letters before ever having gotten the clue about "The key in Silence undetected". Obviously, he'd need the originals that his father had to get scans, and Ben seems surprised when his dad tells him that he donated the letters. Ben didn't meet his father between going to the Charlotte and the National Archives (as evidenced by Patrick's shock at the fact that Charlotte was a ship), so why did Ben have the scans of the Silence Dogood letters when as far as he knew, he didn't need them?
Correction: Ben is a history major and a collector. While he didn't know for sure what clues he'd need, I imagine he probably made sure to collect anything that came from the founding fathers hands as they were involved with this treasure and could be holding clues anywhere. It would also make sense to make scans that way he doesn't have to keep going back to his father who does not support his hunt for the treasure. He may have previously looked over the letters to see if there was any clue in those letters as to who "charlotte" was.

Corrected entry: When Penny tells Sheldon that he forgot a plasma grenade, she presses the right trigger on the Xbox controller. On Halo 3, the right trigger fires weapons, not grenades. That's the left trigger.

Oblivion (2013)
Corrected entry: After the drone has killed Victoria, as it enters the house, if you look at the bottom of the screen, you can see the device moving the drone into the house. This piece is not there on any other drone in the movie. (01:10:35)
Correction: The "device" at the bottom of the drone are the pipes or tubes that have just been disconnected from the maintenance device - we saw them being pulled out seconds earlier.

Silver Linings Playbook (2012)
Corrected entry: As Tiffany is giving her big speech about the Eagles statistics, she claims that if Pat was rehearsing with her, he wouldn't have gotten in a fight and wouldn't have gotten arrested. How did Tiffany know he got arrested? She was waiting at her house when Pat was at the game and didn't see him until she went to his house. There was no time for her to figure it out and no one spoke of the fact that he got in a fight during the time she was there.
Correction: She could have been told by phone or text. Remember, Pat was planning to meet her later in the day, so it is likely someone would have informed her he would not be attending.

Brother Bear 2 (2006)
Corrected entry: Whenever an animal speaks English in this movie, their mouths are forming the words they say, like a regular human. But when we hear them speaking bear language, their mouths are moving completely differently.
Correction: That's because they want you to under stand what they are saying. If their mouths moved like a bear, the dialogue would look weird. And if the bears mouth moved like a human that would also look weird. Like for example, the movie Mulan. Everyone speaks English but they are all Chinese. They just want you to understand what they say.

Corrected entry: Throughout the movie, Lola constantly disappears and reappears. Noticeable examples include the locker room scene and when Michael is playing for the first time.
Correction: Lola didn't know about Michael being in the toon world until she headed by the gym after his first game. And she's female, so wouldn't be in the locker room with all the guys.

Corrected entry: During the battle between Greymon and Kabuterimon and Infermon, each Digimon Digivolves several times, but there is no electrical surge.
Correction: In the first segment, when the Botamon digivolved several times, there was an electrical surge. But because Greymon, Kabuterimon, and Infermon were all in a computer, there was no reason for a electrical surge.

Fringe (2008)
Corrected entry: SPOILERS FOR THE FINAL SEASON: The main character's plan is to ensure that the Observers were never created. When the plan is executed, time is reset and Peter and Olivia are back in the park with their daughter. Really think this through: If the Observers never existed, September would've never interrupted Walternate when he discovered The Cure for Peter's illness and Walter would've never crossed over to save him, thus Peter and Olivia would've never met in a world with no Observers. But they are together in the reset timeline.
Correction: But in a world where the Observers take over in the 21st century, there would never be humans to create the first Observers in the future. The time travel in Fringe does not follow conventional time travel rules, allowing for paradoxes. It was frequently stated that the timeline would reset at the moment of the invasion.

Correction: The rock monster is beamed in at 1:18:40, around 4 minutes after Lathe informs Sarris that the crew has escaped. Further, Lathe is not in the atmosphere control room. There is a shot of all the occupants just after the rock monster is beamed in. Lathe is not present.
