Continuity mistake: Karen picks up the tooth and the tooth is horizontal. In the next shot, its vertical.

Continuity mistake: During the flashback with Peck and his boss, Greta, he pushed the glass door open and is seen walking into the room. In the next shot Greta walks in the room and Peck is behind her and he walks into the room again. Also, the way the door was opened changed to be pulled open.

Continuity mistake: When The Barracuda is seen approaching the island on the jet ski, and everyone's watching her, she's standing up. In the next shot she's sitting down. She's back to standing in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: At the end when Rose is showing David the video of Kenny, only 8 seconds have played. The shot changes to Rose and David for less than 3 continuous seconds and then back to the video. However, the timer now shows 40 seconds have played.

Trivia: During the outtake scenes, they turn on the radio and Jason, Will, and Emma start singing along to "I'll Be There for You" (instead of "Waterfalls"). This was the theme song to the show "Friends" starring Jennifer Aniston.

Question: When Rachael leaves and Deckard is looking at the photograph and flips it over, there's writing on the back. What was written and what does it mean? And was this something Rachael wrote on the back before leaving? Looking online I could only find people guessing what was written or what it meant. So is there a correct answer that I missed or is it just an ambiguous clue?

Continuity mistake: When Marcus and Joan are watching Gephardt's video, he says he's taken lives. At this point the play bar is by his fingers. It cuts to Marcus and Joan, and we hear the video continue to play for more than 12 seconds. When it cuts back to the video, the play bar is nearly in the same position, when it should be well past his hands and near his elbow.

Other mistake: When Connie picks the padlock, the shackle pops open. However, because of its position and since she doesn't move the padlock, the lock's shackle goes through the metal handle on the door.

Stupidity: When the prisoners escape, one takes Yediq hostage. Tuvok then tells the bridge to lock onto Yediq and beam him (to safety). However, when Iko took Seven hostage earlier, Tuvok never suggested beaming her to safety.

Factual error: When Mr. Gaunt puts the jacket on Hugh, he says it's 1955 all over again. The flashback occurs and Jerry Lee Lewis' "Great Balls of Fire" is playing on the car stereo. However, "Great Balls of Fire" wasn't released until 1957.

Other mistake: When Janeway plays the message from the Admiral, she tells the computer to advance to time index 121.4. each 0.1 of the time index equals 1 second. We hear the message play for 4-5 seconds, but when the video is shown, the time index is only 121.5.

Continuity mistake: When future Kes is talking to Neelix in the kitchen, when he says he's already reserved the holodeck, he's holding the smaller container. In the next shot, the smaller container is on the counter and he's holding the bigger pot.
