In the first shot there are 2 children playing in the backyard, but a second later, the children have moved - in fact only one can be seen at far left of the windows.

Continuity mistake: When Truman and Nell go to dinner at the head detective's house, Truman and Nell are sitting in the kitchen so they can talk to the detective's wife as she cooks dinner. There are 3 full martini glasses on the bench, which Truman then fills up in a different shot.

Continuity mistake: The first time we see Truman trying to feed Perry baby food, the spoon with baby food on it changes position depending on the position of the camera: from Perry's viewpoint the spoon is very close to his mouth, but from Truman's viewpoint the spoon is further away.

Other mistake: At the very end, Alec Baldwin drives away and other cars follow him. Problem is: two cars after Alec's car, the green traffic light turns orange, then red, and the cars keep coming. In all, 6 cars go through the red light.

Visible crew/equipment: In Mrs Van Hopper's bedroom, Mrs Van Hopper is sitting in a chair in the middle of the room and the girl is standing in front of her. Behind Mrs Van Hopper there is a glass-covered picture, a rather large one, and as the camera gets closer to them and up a bit, we can see a reflection moving in the glass. I can't work out what it is, but nothing else is moving, except the camera angle.

Continuity mistake: In the beginning, in the hotel foyer, at Monte Carlo, the girl has a cup and saucer in her lap. When Maxim joins them, the girl is holding the cup and its handle is on the right, then she's not holding the cup, it's just resting in her lap, then she's holding it and the handle is on the left.

Continuity mistake: When Maxim's sister and the girl sit down to chat, just the two of them, the sister, before sitting down, drops her purse at the back of the seat, then sits down, but in the next shot her purse is on her lap.
