Continuity mistake: The windowpane that is broken by the thief is in a door that desperately needs a good paint job. It's the door that leads outside and to a small room full of plants, a veranda of sorts. But when Laura looks at the door, she's looking at the inner door, which looks like it has just been painted, and, in the morning, the broken pane is covered up by a piece of wood, but, again, it's the inner door, which is totally wrong. It's the outer door's window pane that was broken.kh1616
Continuity mistake: On the second night at Julia's, Laura has insomnia again and this time she gets up and goes down to the gardens, which are bathed in light - much more than from a full moon. When Mr Elliott turns up while the girls are working, Laura says to him "Were you out star gazing last night, Mr Elliott?" And he says "Indeed I was, a partial lunar eclipse in wonderful darkness."kh1616
Continuity mistake: Near the end, Rosemary has a photo in her right hand. When Dr Fairborne starts to get aggressive, at first, Rosemary tries to keep the photo away from him, but when he grabs her and threatens her with a scythe on her neck, the photo has vanished.kh1616
Continuity mistake: When Rosemary finds her second bunch of smooth ink cap mushrooms and picks one, then declares, "Fungus Ferguson. My old college professor," who will be able to tell Rosemary what is special about smooth ink caps - this has been bugging Rosemary for days - and then grabs her cardigan without dealing with the mushroom in her hands, which is no longer to be seen.kh1616
