Visible crew/equipment: When we see Floyd's past, he is on top of a building, lining up to assassinate someone and negotiating his fee on the phone. On the left middle, under a blanket, or something, there is another person on that roof when there shouldn't be.

Visible crew/equipment: When Isabella has to crawl across the red carpet and lower her head so her head is touching the carpet, you can see two bright marks on the carpet - this is where Isabella ends up.

Visible crew/equipment: While Anne moves around the palace, trying to escape, she enters a room filled with mirrors. But in one mirror, bottom left, there is a shadow, like someone - a crewman, perhaps - trying to keep out of the shot, but not succeeding.

Visible crew/equipment: In Mrs Van Hopper's bedroom, Mrs Van Hopper is sitting in a chair in the middle of the room and the girl is standing in front of her. Behind Mrs Van Hopper there is a glass-covered picture, a rather large one, and as the camera gets closer to them and up a bit, we can see a reflection moving in the glass. I can't work out what it is, but nothing else is moving, except the camera angle.
