The Wooden Horse (1950)
Factual error: When the two escapees from the POW camp are in the anchor room of the ship they are on, they leave the harbour and the pilot boat leaves them, but then the chain for the anchor goes out, but they are moving away from the port, why on earth would they be dropping the anchor? If anything they would make sure that all the chain is in the anchor room and the anchor would be on deck.

You Only Live Twice (1967)
Trivia: In this film, a contact of Bond's, Henderson, was played by the actor Charles Gray, and he was killed in the first ten minutes of the film. Then, four years later, in "Diamonds Are Forever", the same actor, Charles Gray, played Bond's nemesis, Blofeld, and Bond killed him because Blofeld killed Bond's bride, Tracy, in "On Her Majesty's Secret Service." Blofeld was played three times - Donald Pleasance, Telly Savalas and Charles Gray; you couldn't get three more different actors; so odd to get a deceased good guy, Charles Gray, to play Blofeld four years later.

Out of Sight (1998)
Other mistake: Before the job, in the car, Don Cheadle, in the back seat, hands out a hacksaw, a ratchet and a pump-action shotgun, which he pumps before handing it over. The man taking the shotgun immediately pumps it again, which means it's been pumped twice, and a cartridge should have been ejected, but it wasn't. Or the gun's empty, in which case there was no point pumping it once, let alone twice.

The view of the prison van is from the back of the van. At one stage we can see part of an arm, an elbow, beside Paulette, where there should be nothing but the end of the van.

Problem is: At first, she's wearing a generous amount of red lipstick, and when they finish, she is still wearing a generous amount of lipstick, and it is not smudged, which it should be, and James doesn't have any lipstick on his face and mouth, which should be impossible - not even a smudge.

Character mistake: When Jennifer Garner goes to see Raiana, she's wearing her white doctor's coat, which is ridiculous - doctor's never wear their white coats outside of the hospital; if they did, the coats would be contaminated with gas fumes, brushing up against garbage, all sorts of things could contaminate them, making them totally unclean.
