Continuity mistake: When Aster draws the "bad card" from his deck, the card is at an upright angle. The next shot, when Jaden tells him he might want to work on that poker face, the card never changes position. When it cuts back to Aster, the card is suddenly held at a rotated angle. (00:11:14)

Continuity mistake: On Jaden's first turn, there are five cards in his left hand. In the close-up shot, Elemental Hero Sparkman is the fifth card on the right-hand side. Jaden then picks up the third card from the middle, which is then revealed to be Sparkman, even though it was on the end of the row in the previous shot. (00:05:09)

Continuity mistake: When the crime bosses meet up at the casino, in the exterior shot, there are a few items on the desk including a bottle, an ash tray, a plate with a slice of pizza and a newspaper. Later, when Batman appears and punches one of the crime bosses onto the table, the bottle, ash tray and plate have suddenly moved closer to the newspaper. (00:02:00 - 00:02:28)

Continuity mistake: When Cartman tells Elvin that he finished his fudgesicle, the two are standing right next to each other. The shot then cuts to focus on Elvin crying, where Cartman cannot be seen next to him. A couple seconds later, when Cartman hits Elvin over the head, the two are right next to each other, but in the shot of Elvin, Cartman cannot be seen next to him.

Graduation Match: Part 1 - S1-E51
Continuity mistake: After the duel has started, Jaden and Zane draw five cards from their deck, and it then cuts to a shot from behind Zane where it pans over to show Jaden in the background. In this shot, Jaden's left hand is lowered, but when the shot cuts to an angle behind Jaden, his left hand is raised. (00:06:48)

Continuity mistake: When Crowler sacrifices his two Ancient Gears, he has his right hand raised in the shot where the two monsters vanish from the field. Then it cuts to a closer shot of Crowler, where his right hand is lowered. (00:07:23)

Continuity mistake: After Professor Crowler's science experiment goes wrong, he starts shouting and it cuts to a shot of the students laughing. In this shot, Alexis and two other Obelisk Blue students can be seen behind Jaden, Syrus and Chumley laughing. Then it cuts to a shot focusing on Jaden and Syrus, and Alexis and the other students behind them have disappeared. (00:03:39)

Continuity mistake: After Dimitri has beaten Syrus with Yugi's deck, there is a shot where he says "It's good to be the King of Games", he has his right hand scrunched into a fist. When the shot cuts, his right hand is suddenly free and not making a fist. (00:09:33)

Continuity mistake: After Chumley realises the water is shallow, Jaden and Syrus remerge after the raft Syrus builds fall apart. In the shot of them standing up, the log closest to Jaden has a rope wrapped around it twice. When it cuts to a closer shot of Jaden and Syrus, the log next to him only has the rope wrapped around it once. (00:07:57)

Continuity mistake: After Chumley returns from Chancellor Shephard's office, in the shot where Jaden says "Well, you did lead us to the cafeteria", Jaden is holding six cards in his hand. The cards are side-by-side, with each card on top of the other. But in the next shot, the second card is suddenly under the first card. He also loses one of the cards in between shots, with there being six cards in the first shot, then five in the next. (00:05:00)

Continuity mistake: When Chumley hands Jaden his duel disk, Jaden puts it on and his deck of cards cannot be seen inside it. Jaden then walks over to face the Shadow Duelist, where his deck is suddenly inside the duel disk. Then a few seconds after that, he puts the deck of cards in the duel disk. (00:12:13)

Continuity mistake: When Jaden summons Elemental Hero Clayman to the field in defence mode, another version of the card appears beneath Clayman for him to kneel on. The card is shaded yellow, but around a minute later, the Clayman card is suddenly shaded orange. (00:10:14 - 00:11:09)

Continuity mistake: Crowler opens his trench coat to Chazz and his friends to reveal the rare cards. The cards are displayed in the boat as three separate rows, all equally distanced from one another. A couple seconds later, in the shot of Crowler saying "What's the matter, Chazz? Don't recognise me", the top row of cards is suddenly further away from the other two rows. (00:08:10)

Continuity mistake: When Syrus tells Chumley about his card crush, Chumley raises a card that he has a crush on to Syrus. He is shown holding the card with two fingers at a straight angle. When the shot cuts to a close-up of the card, Chumley's fingers are at a bent angle. (00:02:54)
