Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: In the opening shot of the ending cutscene, an overview shot is of Homer and Lisa standing in front of the huge toilet. They are standing in some mud in the overview angle, but when the shot cuts to a closet angle, they are suddenly standing on the ground, away from the mud.

Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: When Homer and Lisa insert the three Sparklemon into the coin slots, Mr. Sparkle rises and the area where Homer and Lisa are standing and where the coin slots are located can be seen in the shot of Mr. Sparkle rising out of the giant toilet. They are seen standing on the left hand side of the giant toilet, but when Mr. Sparkle "cleans" the village, the giant toilet can be seen in shot, but Homer and Lisa are nowhere in sight.

Continuity mistake: When the agents are taking Gerald below the bridge to meet with Hillary Clinton, in the angle where Gerald says that he was set up and is not Skanthunt42, the agents grab hold of him and make their way under the bridge. As the shot ends, Gerald and the agents are about to go under the bridge, but in the next shot, they are suddenly further away from the area under the bridge. The shot cuts again and they are suddenly directly under the bridge.

Continuity mistake: When Norm, Olympia and Vera are at Olympia and Vera's apartment, Vera is carrying two grocery bags to put onto the counter whilst Olympia is talking about human activity potentially destroying the Arctic. When Vera puts the grocery bags on the counter, there is nothing shown on the chopping board, but a few shots later, a tomato and an onion have suddenly appeared on the chopping board. (01:03:55)

Continuity mistake: After Mueller has caught Abdullah, Tintin shoots the lock off one of the cells and hides in it. When he is inside, the bullet damage from when he shot the lock is visible and is coloured green. A few shots later, the damage is suddenly beige and the same colour as the door. There are oil stains all over one of side of Mueller's jacket and no oil stains on the other side, but after Thompson tells Mueller to get in the car, there are oil stains all over the jacket. Continuity mistake: In the cutaway of Stewie talking with the three co-workers at the factory, there is a man towards the left of shot, leaning against a forklift. Beside the man is a female factory worker sitting on a crate about three to four feet to the left of him and her lunchbox is on the ground in front of the crate. In the next shot, as Stewie walks back to his forklift, the crate the woman is sitting on and the lunchbox are a much further distance from the man. The shot then pulls out, and the woman and her lunchbox are suddenly back to the original distance.

Continuity mistake: When J'onn J'onzz is fighting Miss Martian in the ring, she punches him into a wall, leaving a massive dent. She missed the next punch, and the plaster on the right hand side of the dent falls out, but the plaster on the left is fine. Miss Martian then throws J'onn across the room, and in the background, the dent is visible, but it is now the left hand side of the dent where the plastering is missing and the plastering on the right is now mostly in place.
