Continuity mistake: When Coco is examining the skeleton, Lieutenant Joshi is leaning against the medical table with her elbow a couple inches away from the skull and upper torso bones. A couple of shots later, when the camera focuses on the bones, Joshi's elbow is not against the table. Then in the next shot, her elbow is back again. (00:24:30)

Continuity mistake: When K and Joi are out on the balcony, there is a shot focusing on K where he attempts to place his hands on each side of Joi's face, almost touching the back of her head. The shot then cuts to a shot focusing on Joi, where his hands are now only around half way past the side of her face. (00:22:25)

Continuity mistake: Caida Libre: When Martin Madrazo shows Michael and Trevor the picture of Javier on his tablet, in the front shot Madrazo's right hand is along the side of the tablet, near the bottom and the fingers on his left hand are pressed against the tablet, but in the next shot, his right hand is along the bottom of the tablet, and his left hand fingers are more curled.

Continuity mistake: Paleto Score Setup: When Michael, Trevor and Lester return to Trevor's office after surveying the bank, Trevor takes a bowl of stew out from his fridge with his left hand, but when he goes to put the bowl in the microwave, the bowl is in his right hand.

Continuity mistake: The Paleto Score: Whilst arguing before the heist, in the when Trevor says "I miss Brad", Lester is looking down at his laptop typing away, but in the next shot, he is suddenly looking at Trevor before turning back to his laptop.

Continuity mistake: Crystal Maze: When Trevor is demanding Cheng's translator to tell him who they are dealing with, he grabs Cheng by the head and starts banging his head against a support column. In one shot, there is no blood on the support beam when Cheng's head is being banged against the column, but when the shot cuts to a different angle, a blood stain has suddenly appeared on the column.

Continuity mistake: Scouting the Port: When Floyd returns to the apartment after Trevor and Wade have discussed the heist plan, Trevor begins to say "We are going straight to the local union rep" whilst walking around the counter. The shot ends with Trevor midway through past the counter, but in the next shot, he has suddenly walked past the counter, standing still.

Continuity mistake: When Tony is talking with Pepper, she unties Tony's sleeves from around his shoulders when she points out the unit on his chest. The sleeves are hanging over Tony's shoulders in the wideshot as he says, "I'm just trying to protect us," but when it cuts to the closeup the sleeves have vanished, between shots. (00:12:20)

Continuity mistake: When the armies are approaching the barrier in Wakanda, in the shot where M'Baku is first chanting with his army, T'Challa is approaching him and Captain America, Black Widow and Bucky are a couple of feet next to him. When they stop, Captain America is standing ahead of Black Widow. It then cuts to T'Challa saying "Thank you for standing with us", and Captain America, Black Widow and Bucky are now side by side. Continuity mistake: When Groot creates a handle for the axe with his arm, he chops off the arm and it lands on the ground. The sharp end is facing to the right when it lands, but when it begins to lift, the sharp end is now facing to the left. (01:44:20)
Suggested correction: Looking at the screen, sharp end is to the right, Groot adds the handle as he does he rotates it, and then when he creates the handle, Stormbreaker falls as expected.
You're talking about the wrong part of the scene. The mistake occurs after Groot adds the handle and cuts off his arm. After the completed Stormbreaker falls, its position changes when the camera cuts to it starting to rise.

Continuity mistake: When Thor, Rocket and Groot begin charging towards the army after arriving in Wakanda, the shot from behind them shows Rocket and Groot running slightly behind Thor. Then it cuts directly to a shot in front of them, just before Thor jumps into the air, and Rocket and Groot are now further back. (01:45:50)

Continuity mistake: When Black Widow stabs Corvus Glaive, she kicks him to the ground and he drops his weapon, with the weapon landing beside him. Proxima Midnight then runs up to Black Widow and Captain America picks up Corvus Glaive's weapon, but it is now much further away from him. (00:41:05)

Continuity mistake: Just after Tony realises Drax isn't listening to him, Star-Lord tells Tony not winging it isn't really what they do. In this shot, Tony is looking at Star-Lord. Spider-Man asks what exactly is it that they do, and Tony is suddenly looking at Spider-Man, then Mantis says "Kick names, take ass" and Tony is suddenly looking at Drax and Mantis. (01:22:25)
