Continuity mistake: When Crowler reveals the rare cards in his jacket, on the top row, there is a spell card with an orange hammer on the illustration (This card is called Hammer Shot). There are then a series of close-ups of the card, and when the Hammer Shot card is shown in the close-up, it is suddenly on one of the middle rows. (00:08:10)

Continuity mistake: At the start of the duel, in the shot where Amnael says "Is that so? But what if you do not possess what it takes Jaden", there are five cards in his hand. The card positioned second to Amnael's right is placed beneath the other four cards. A couple seconds later, after activating Chaos Distil, whilst he is explaining the card's effect, the card positioned second to his right is now placed over the card to the right of it. Also, during the shot, she has her right hand off the bag, but when it cuts to a close-up of the bag, her right hand is suddenly holding onto it. (00:04:35)

Continuity mistake: After Syrus' life points go down to 2600, Jaden places a card face down. The card is positioned directly behind Elemental Hero Avian. But a minute later, after a brief conversation between Chumley and Alexis, the face down card is now more to the left and is positioned in between Elemental Heroes Avian and Sparkman.
