Continuity mistake: Exley has gauze or cotton stuffed on the left and right side of his upper lip (a la The Godfather). It's supposed to look like swelling from the unbelievable beating he just took. Continuity mistake: The extras out on the road below the ledge of DA Lowe's office are trying to be inconspicuous, but you can see that they are aimlessly walking in one direction, then the other, each time you see them. (01:53:50)

Continuity mistake: The first scene that they show of the train going up the Hudson River is wrong. The hills in the background are much further up the river past Croton NY. When they are eating the train is back down near the wider part of the Hudson around Tarrytown NY. (00:45:25 - 00:47:00)
