Revealing mistake: In the beginning, during the riot outbreak, there is a scene with a soldier being pulled down from climbing a fence. In the next shot as the crowd is pushing forward, you can see a concrete road block tip over. If you look closely at the bottom of the block, you can see that it's not a real concrete block, but a prop made of wood planks and grey painted rubber.
Revealing mistake: When Strahm's phone says "no signal" there is actually a three bar signal. (00:06:35)
Revealing mistake: In the final shootout scene, when Rambo takes over the truck mounted machine gun, he shoots the driver, whose blood splatters a lot over the metal guards on the gun. If the blood splattered that much on the guards, it should be all over the interior of the truck which is revealed to only have blood on the floor - none all over the dash or doors.

Revealing mistake: When Max and 99 climb onto the SUV to try and get on board the plane, 23 trips Max who then knocks 99 off her feet. As she falls, you can see the black cable used to keep the stunt woman from falling off the SUV.
Revealing mistake: Some of the shots involving the terrorists firing at the prototype suit are "flipped" duplicates of other shots. In the scene where he first emerges from the cave, several of the terrorists are firing M4-type rifles with the ejection port on the LEFT side of the rifle. In reality, except for a few specially made versions, all M4-types eject spent brass through an ejection port on the right. Later in the scene, this shot is repeated, but with the proper orientation.
Revealing mistake: During the fight scene, when Jake gets out of the car to fight the three guys in the yellow Hummer, Max lifts up his video camera after Jake throws his first punch. But after the fight, when all of the students are watching the fight on the net at school, it shows that Max is recording before the fight even begins.
Revealing mistake: When taking over the Nevada test site, the head Russian drops to tie his shoe as four soldiers pull out machine guns to kill the U.S. guards. Both soldiers on the right run out of ammo, yet keep moving their guns as though they are still shooting. (00:03:10)
Revealing mistake: When Liz, Abe and the Agent are shooting at the Tooth Fairies, the Agent is holding his gun in his right hand, and you can see the fingers of his left hand holding on to the top of the gun's slide while he is firing, showing that it's a prop gun and the slide isn't moving.
Revealing mistake: When Ami's chest is being drilled by the "drill-bra" at the end of the movie, you can see blood flowing from her chest, obviously because of the damage the drills are causing her. Yet, later, you can see absolutely no cuts or marks on her breasts or upper chest, where the drills were penetrating her skin. The skin is simply soaked with blood.
Revealing mistake: When the Dreadnought blows up the Buick Riviera, it's plain to see there is no engine or transmission in the car when it flips up and forward.
Revealing mistake: When the double-decker bus flips over Roland, the bus has no passengers and the driver looks very much like a dummy.
Revealing mistake: When the Porsche Cayenne is lifted out of the water at the scrap yard then placed on the ground, if you look through the gap between the front passenger wheel you can see the engine is removed from it.
Revealing mistake: At the end of the movie when Bryan is fighting the guy with the blades on the yacht, the part where Bryan jumps over the couch you can obviously see it's a stunt double. The stunt double looks Chinese, he has black hair and slim while Bryan looks bulky and has light brown hair.
Suggested correction: In whole fight sequence with the guy with blades Bryan never jumps over the couch. He did it while the black guy was shooting at him, and even then he never looked Chinese.
